Nature Park Cave Hotel

A nice location facing chimneys; the place is tranquil and located away from a busy tourist street. There is an inner yard and a rooftop to relax in the evening.

Located in a quiet street off the main square, the hotel is quiet and a minute walk from restaurants and shops. I love to walk and did easy day day hikes to the Love and Rose valleys and the two open air museums. Nice terrace for breakfast and watching the balloons first thing in the morning. Rooms are basic but have nice character. Ask for an extra blanket if the night gets cool. The bathroom had a Jacuzzi tub which did not appear to work.and had mold stains in the caulking. Otherwise use the room was quite clean

Very nice location, the room was clean This was not worth the money, I would suggest you read to the end and then make a decision if you want the same thing to happen to you: - we told them we are going to arrive late during the night due to the flight, ended up arriving 2 hours later than expected due to some delays with the flight and the rented car. It is true we forgot to tell them we will arrive later but that’s why we booked this hotel for way much money than it was worth: they said reception is open non-stop so this shouldn’t have been a problem. But we ended up waiting alone in the reception for more than 30 minutes at 4am after we traveled the entire night because the receptionist was sleeping somewhere. We called him multiple times and no answer… when he eventually got up and came to the reception he didn’t even apologised and said “I know” when we told him we called many times. - the receptionist kept insisting we didn’t pay for our booking even though it was paid, we managed to convince him eventually - our room was close to the reception door and people (guests &stuff) kept banging that door day and night, every morning at 4am when people would wake up for the balloons we were waken up by that door slammed again and again - during our stay SOMEONE ENTERED THE ROOM without our approval. The room was locked when we left but we found some things were moved in the room and the trash bin in the bathroom was emptied. We didn’t ask for cleaning up and it was even worse because that day all our travel documents and a lot of money were left in the room (again, the room was locked) - nothing was stolen but this was a big breach of our privacy - bathroom had black mold, I think I don’t even have to start saying how bad it is for the health

Roof-top restaurant and terrace are impressive. Location is very convenient for accessing all the needs.

Very friendly staff. Good value. They stored my baggage after I had checked out. Toasty warm room on arrival (it was -15C at the time). The only window in the room faced the office so I kept the curtains pulled. But to be fair I was really only in the room at night so not a big deal.

Everything Nothing

The location was nearby center of activity, breakfast was good

5 mins walk from centre of goreme. Parking spots available for free. Hotel staff helped to find hamam nearby. Breakfast was good Wifi is not working in most rooms, very little signals unless you go to the lobby area.

Location is in the city center. It is easy to travel to different attractions and eat at different resturants. The staff is really friendly, patiently answered our questions. The bed is not good. The duvet was old and faded. There was no hot water. Breakfast was okay, not that great. Bathroom had mould.

Location was great and the facility was quiet. The front desk guy Fourkan was very accommodating and helped me out a lot. He is a treasure N/A

The bathroom needs repair, the shower is broken, and the toilet is not well fixed to the ground. Many lights in the room and bathroom are not working. No fridge or cofeemaker in the room. The main room wooden door has cracks.

Location is good close to city center, beautiful terrace , helpful staff, good breakfast

Nature Park Hotel is very centrally located in Goreme in the heart of Capadoccia region. It has a beautiful terrace from where the beautiful landscape of Goreme can be seen day and night. Hot air balloon flights are also visible from the Terrace in the early morning. It's staffs were well behaved and breakfast was nice. It is within walking distance from the bus stop and to Open Air Museum It is over priced. I guess all the hotels in Goreme are over priced in comparison to other areas of Türkiye,

Washroom and room. Washroom taps were falling out. Shower was not working properly and was rusty

Really nice place and staff

Overall hotel is good and location also. Staff is cooperative Faced water problem 2-3 times in bathroom but when I informed reception they resolve it in few minutes
