Wonderful staff and really helpful staff. Breakfast was really tasty and the location was incredible. Highly recommend

The Sapphire Stone hotel was an exceptional base for our stay in Goreme, from the moment we arrived Sahil at reception could not have been more helpful and friendly. The breakfast was wonderful, the bedrooms were spacious and very clean. The location was perfect, only 2 minutes walk to all of the shops and restaurants. What a fantastic hotel.

Close to city center, clean, good view. The walls do not isolate noise, I could hear people next room talking and shouting, I could hear the sound of cleaning machines and movement of furniture, could not sleep late

You can see the balls s from the property We stayed for 4 days and they said the WiFi is broken so I’m not sure if they even have WiFi there e

Great location! Staff were so helpful and accommodating.

Breakfast room with balcony with views over the region . Breakfast spread was good and tastefully prepared. The guy at reception was helpful friendly and knowledgeable of the things to do. The location was very central and within a short distance from most shops and restaurants. The building seems to have been built quite recently and is very neat and very well maintained. Some of the rooms were in a sort of in a basement area with very little windows and no views. There are rooms on the ground floor and first floor that are much better with big windows and balconies. I would suggest that you opt for one of them.

Very nice staff, beautiful hotel in Cappadocia Design. Everything was clean, very good location near the city center. Breakfast was excellent. It was unforegetable experience!

Location is great, near the markets, pharmacy and center. Room was spacious and clean. Every day we got new towels, water and coffee/tea. Breakfast was also served with plenty of options to choose from. If you come early at 08:00 you can still see some air balloons flying over Goreme. On room descriptions it is written that every room has a terrace, but none of the rooms has its own terrace. There are two shared terraces from which you can see the balloons in the morning. We didn’t mind this but wanted to mention.

The hotel was extremely clean. Ahmed, our host, was very kind and ensured we had a comfortable stay. He even arranged shuttle transfer from airport to hotel at a minimal rate. The breakfast was quite good as well.The hotel was located in the centre of the Gerome area. Lots of restaurants around. Would definitely consider booking again. The bathroom door was a little difficult and would not close. But this was a very small issue.
