Arif Cave Hotel

It is located very beautiful and the rooms are also very beautiful. The hotel staff were very friendly and made the stay so much better.

This is my favorite hotel in Cappadocia. The location is absolutely perfect, the service is exceptional, and every detail made us feel welcome. It gave us some of the most wonderful memories of our trip. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cappadocia.

The location is amazing, you get really good view from the top, and a great place to watch sunset. Walking down to town is easy too. The staff is amazing, very helpful, so friendly, easily help us with all of our needs, tours, early breakfast, etc. The property is very clean, beautiful and modern cave rooms Nothing

Stop looking and book this place immediately! I cannot say enough about how great our stay at Arif Cave Hotel was, beginning with communicating with Betty to pick a room many months ago - she provided videos of each room to help us pick. As a couple, we picked the Panoramic Cave Room and upon arrival, learned our room had the "highest balcony in Goreme." It was a fantastic place to view the balloons each morning and the closest hotel to the sunrise/sunset view point (as a bonus, due to the location of the hotel, you get free access to the point). Upon arrival, we met Han who is an absolute gem of a human being. I cannot imagine a kinder, more informative person to manage a hotel. He gave us many great recommendations and even called his friend at sunset point as we were headed up there and the friend had two complimentary teas waiting for us. Be sure to take time to chat with him and ask for recs for where to eat. The entire staff was friendly, the breakfast was extensive and delicious, and the the rooftop patio space is incredible. We were sad to have to say goodbye, but hope to be back soon! Nothing - it was all amazing!

The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. They even assisted us in arranging a transfer to the airport, which made our trip much easier. Check-in was smooth, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring Göreme. Everything was well organized and hassle-free.

Han was an amazing host. He was kind, attentive, and knew all the best restaurants in town! Nothing - everything was great!

Location, decoration, service quality. It was our first time there and they helped us about airport transfer. When we arrived, they welcomed us warmly more than a 5 star hotels. Betul, Gokhan and other staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good ( i say as a Turkish ) Hotel is on the highest spot. So you can enjoy sunrise and watch balloons and enjiy sunsets without going anywere else. Rooms are so nice and authentic , clean, equipped with modern tools and well maintained. I cant wait to visit and stay there again! Nothing

The facility was excellent—beautifully located, with a room offering truly breathtaking views. The hotel was spotless and perfectly located, but what truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional staff. Han, in particular, is simply indescribable—there aren’t enough words to capture how wonderful he is. He made us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived and went above and beyond to accommodate us in every way. When he learned that our transfer was scheduled very early in the morning, he thoughtfully arranged a takeaway breakfast for us without hesitation. Every question we had was answered with care and attention. The entire team was fantastic (apologies that I only remember Mustafa by name), but they all contributed to such a warm and welcoming experience. Han truly stands out, though—he is a gem. Thank you all for taking such incredible care of us.

I have been to some wonderful stays, but this one was something else. Everything felt exceptional. The room was amazing and super clean. The staff was exceeding the expectations. They have been very warm and helpful, and even gave me a surprise cake for my birthday! Big shout out to Gokhan and his team! The breakfast was amazingly good, and the views of the hotels are the best in the city. They are just across the most famous city view point, and you may go there for free as you are a guest of the hotel. I highly recommend this stay! .

Staff’s great hospitality especially Han.

An absolutely magical location, perfect view, amazing hospitality, and great staff! Breakfast cannot be beat! It rained our whole trip, but we still had a fantastic time and that was largely thanks to the Arif Cave Hotel. Nothing I can think of.

My only small complaint was that since it is a cave hotel it is hard to have noise barriers between the rooms so you could sometimes hear the people in the room next door.
