We absolutely loved our stay, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service. Every staff member was incredibly kind, attentive, and went out of their way to help us at any time of day or night. Their hospitality made the entire experience feel so welcoming and stress-free. The location is excellent — just a few minutes from the town center, with plenty of street parking available nearby. The rooms were a good size with comfortable beds, and the views were amazing — especially from the terraces where you can see the balloons up close. There’s also a rooftop restaurant serving a lovely Turkish breakfast and I believe they will open for all day soon in the spring/ summer. The included breakfast had a good spread and tasted really good Highly recommend, for the outstanding service and the amazing view. Great value for the money!

The lighting in the room was extremely low, it was difficult to see around. The dim lights for the ambience is understandable, but it would have been better if the dim lights were an option with proper lights also been made available, rather than having only dim lights in the room.

Very attentive and friendly staff, quiet and clean room, good breakfast, and super-convenient location. Plus, cute cats. We had such a pleasant stay. Nothing at all. It would be even better if there are a few more hangers in the wardrobe.

Location is in the center of Goreme so you can practically walk around to explore the town, buy groceries and souvenirs, and walk toward the Goreme Open Air Museum. Osman was really a great, kind, caring and generous host. He helped me get a very good deal with my Hot Air Balloon Ride and my Red Tour. The hotel is just right next to the Hot Air Balloon Take Off Site. Swimming Pool was very aesthetic and looks very good in the pictures and videos. Cooker's Restaurant on the roof top prepares delicious and affordable meal. Breakfast was superb. They can improve on the daily cleaning of the cave room and the giving out of toiletries everyday. It is a cave so particles of dust will fly around the room when using AC but over all I enjoy my peaceful stay in their aesthetic cave room.

Location is super se upper !! Too good nearby city centre 3 Indian restaurant near 200 mtr. Cappa cave staff hospitality 10/10 specaily Mr osman very supportive person...normal room are small but rest of all r too good .breakfast was awesome..euro is ideal for turkey insist T.lira.

I would rate Cappa Cave Hotel in Cappadocia a perfect 10/10! Osman was the best host we encountered in Turkey, offering a warm welcome and exceptional hospitality. He went above and beyond to make our stay special, even surprising my wife by decorating our room with red rose petals at no extra cost. The breakfast was outstanding, and whatever we requested, he happily prepared for us. An amazing person and an unforgettable experience!

The hotel is in a perfect location, very charming, and well-maintained. The breakfast was absolutely perfect. However, what truly made our stay unforgettable was Osman. He is fantastic! He helped us a lot with planning the things to see, even writing a detailed list for us and always being available. He made us feel completely at home. Highly recommended! everything was perfect
