Best location next to all restaurants and shops. Room was big enough to accommodate the whole family. Room needs upgrade and bedding needs to be replaced ASAP!! Host was really nice and helpful
-
Family owned boutique hotel with Cappadocia decor. Walking distance to Goreme Open Air Museum and public bus stops. Basic breakfast. Plenty of water supply. Minor maintenance issues but ok for three nights.

I liked the good location. The place was so cozy and the people in front of the hotel were very helpful. I will totally go back if I pass by Göreme. The heating of the room wasn't the best.

Location is walking distance to the bus station and the center, the owner Mr. Kadir offered to pick us up from the bus station, i forgot my bag in the bis and he helped me to recover it without his help it. We also love the breakfast.

The view is nice, Pretty quiet, not too far from town center, big room. Not so easy to find the host/concierge, They are not very warm, but they are helpful if you find them.

Great place, amazing views, very nice owner and his family. We will stay here again and again. Everything was amazing

Although the room was clean and proper, the whole suite could use an overhaul of new furniture and bedding covers to make it feel welcoming and less worn out.
-
Location is very nice to watch hot air ballon and Göreme city is walkable Breakfasts and restaurant facility is not that much standard

Jacuzzi and its location

While it’s not a luxury hotel, it offers very good value for the price. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with everything a traveler might need. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. The location was also convenient, making it easy to explore the area. Besides the view of the balloons from ether the room or the terrace was mesmerizing. there was one important issue that needs to be mentioned: the double bed had a construction flaw. On the left side of the bed, there was a double step (or drop) between the bed and the floor that was not properly marked or protected. While getting in or out of the bed from the right side was fine, the left side was dangerous — especially at night when you might get up without noticing the steps. It was very easy to trip, fall, or injure yourself. This was a particular concern for us because I was traveling with my parents, and my mother is 71 years old. For young people a fall might not be a big deal, but for older guests it could be very serious.

We had a wonderful stay — the place was incredibly comfortable and felt like home. The breakfast was delicious and varied, a great way to start the day. The staff were kind, helpful, and always smiling. Would definitely come back!

Overall nice experience. Parking is free. Staff was very moody.

The cave room was excellent. It had all you need with fridge and jaccuzi bath as well as a really good and powerful shower. Unusual for hotels in Turkey there was endless hot water. So you could have a bath or shower any time. The location couldn't have been better for the centre of town. The owner was a really nice man. Very helpful. Our plane was late. We didn't arrive until 0020hrs. But he was there to welcome us and make sure we knew how to get the best from our room. It is a family run hotel. They provided a nice simple breakfast with good choices and always ready to help with booking activities and transfers to the airport. It was very good value for the money we paid. We really enjoyed our stay. The only thing I found for a minor criticism is there was a kettle in the room but no tea or coffee.
