The staff was exceptional, the rooms were large, the breakfast was definitely a plus for us, and the location was far enough away from the noise of the city centre we really appreciated it. The location was close to all of the things that we needed.

The location is very good. Close to restaurants. Our phone was not working the moment we checked in and we let them know and didn’t do anything about it. We stayed there for three days and our concerns were totally ignored. We just gave up after telling them twice. The AC is so bad, you have to open the windows if it’s cooled outside but when it’s hot you will be miserable. It’s not a comfortable stay. And the staff don’t care.

Imperial suite is amazing. I believe it is the best luxury option in the town. The turkish breakfast was delicious and in a high quality.

The view is great and the location is just right, not in the middle of everything but close enough. The room itself was amazing, just like the pictures. The duvet was too small and the matress a bit to hard. The breakfast could use a fruit or two.

Excellent hotel in Cappadocia, located at the foothills of Goreme hill view. It was also quite central to Goreme, only a few minutes away from the center. Breakfast was quite delicious although it remained the same - there was a lot of options. Not specifically an issue - the jacuzzi was pretty loud, we could hear it from the room next door. Even the jacuzzi in our room was pretty dirty - it definitely needs a deep clean.

Great location and amazing staff. Breakfast was a buffet and it was delicious with lots of things to choose from and it changed daily so we didn’t get tired of anything. Perfect view of the balloons going off at sunrise.

The breakfast was excellent and beautifully presented. Overall, it was a wonderful experience staying at Cappadocia Inn — highly recommended! Not all rooms have windows facing the balloon views, so it’s worth checking while booking.

Location, Staffs, clean environment. Away from other hotels, but not too far away from the city. It was a little uphill but like a 2 minute uphill walk to the entrance. The best part about being uphill is the view of the balloons. Its the best view you can ever get. The staffs were also very accomodating. We arrived extremely early but the staffs allowed us to have breakfast. Nothing, everything was as expected.
