Well located with good view over Goreme from deck/ terrace. Very friendly and helpful staff. Interesting and tasty Turkish breakfast. The communal shower was not all that clean and difficult to shower without getting the toilet paper wet. The room could have been better had there been provision for cross ventilation. There is no external window due to it being partially in a cave. There is only an internal window that oipenbs into the passage way. Maybe an extractor fan could add value?

Affordable Staff helped in booking hot air balloon booking for a good price. Good terrace with view. Breakfast average. No elevator and limited staffs for carrying baggages.

Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Probably the best thing about the property. It's a cute property but road that leads to it is slightly steep. Shower head was broken and the manager had to come fix it. Rooms do not have a view but terrace does offer a pretty decent view. The room had this lingering cigarette smell.

I'll be clear, the place has positive points, cause was rustic and original build int he cave, the staff was frendly, the breafast was simple but delicious, but a serious problema to us: our booking showed "private bathroom", but after check-in the staff told that was shared bathroom, in fact, a terrible bathroom, located on second floor, the worst in any place that we're stayed before. There was other best rooms on the hotel, may it was full. About the answer from Guven, I'm not a liyer. I think the announce was changed after I booked, because I allways printed my booking on the exactly time that I complete the booking, and it had two contradictory information, because on title it shows "Basic triple room with Shared Bathroom", while the detaleid description begins with "Private bathroom". Check it on file and image below. Obviosuly, it´s confuse for anyone. Put the correct and clear information to avoide new reclaims from the guests, as suggested by other guest who booked the same room ("Idalia", from Italy).

Good location, good vibes, clean and beauty place I don’t like breakfast And I prefer that the kitchen of the hotel is not in the place where breakfast is served, because it smelled of frying and food and it did not feel interesting.

The breakfast service was perfect the lady was always kind and the receptionist was extraordinary he helped us a lot with information ? The bathroom had a bad smell, the bed was not so confortable, they did not change the towels nor clean daily, neither put toilet paper often ?

The hotel is in a great location, only a few minute walk from center. The staff is very helpful and kind. The terrace is very nice! The breakfast was SUPERB!!! It's called caved hotel but no cave in sight :D

I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to others. The water didn’t always get as hot as I would have liked but it’s definitely not cold and I understand that it’s difficult to have on demand hot water with the infrastructure in the area. Really not a big deal!

A great place to stay. The rooms were large and clean. Breakfast was amazing and the hotel is close to the center yet a little on the hill so you can see the balloons from the terrace in the morning. Also the staff was really helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend. Less lighting in the room.

Very nice hotel! The staff is extremely kind. The room is comfortable, the breakfast is very tasty. The terrace to see balloons in the morning is also great. We enjoyed our stay and would repeat it with pleasure.
