Great food, cozy place nice people

The shower. The curtains caused the whole bathroom to be flooded and the spray handle was not working. Other than that the overall experience was really satisfactory.

It was close to the city and very walkable! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I wish the shower was bigger but you can’t change that easily ?

Lovely hotel with a nice location to access restaurants and activities. The breakfast was lovely and the view from the terrace of the balloons was an amazing back drop. The pool was lovely and provided a welcome break from the sun outside and a chance to relax.

Everything was flawless! The staff were all super polite and resourceful, giving instructions and helping with all our requests. The breakfast was excellent, full of options and great quality food. The facilities were all clean and well-preserved, also the decoration had fine touches of Turkish/kapadokia culture. Last, but not least, the location is wonderful, just 5min walk from goreme bus station and city center. Plus, the terrace has a wonderful view of the hot air balloons in the sunrise :) Nothing

The staff were very lovely and helpful. Also the location is perfect! Most things we planned on exploring were only a short walk away which meant we didn’t have to use taxis much The pool area was unhygienic, I saw algae all over the pool walls as soon as I entered it my skin started scratching so I stepped out. The duvets provided on the beds are much smaller than the bed itself. if you’re two sharing, one of you probably won’t have covering overnight which was an uncomfortable sleeping experience for my husband & I . I requested a larger duvet to fit the actual bed size but they only had the tiny ones so they brought us a second one which was lovely of them but meant my husband & I slept seperately at night on our honeymoon so not ideal. Breakfast options were very limited, honey finished and when I asked for more, they literally cut out a piece of the dry honeycomb and asked me to use that? On my yogurt? Very strange.

Very good

The Pool and the breakfast are outstanding. If u come here in spring and it isnt warm yet, then u will have great time here. The staff is nice and accommodating. The hotel is located in a calm street, bit it just tales under five minutes to be in the middle of the city. The Hotel will try to sell u uppriced things, like an airport transfer, where I specifically asked if there is a public transfer which was denied which wasnt true. It was one third of the price the hotel made us pay. Also the hamman and tours are pricier than elsewhere. But thats just the thing with hotels and just something to be aware of.
