Absolutely, perfect beautiful place. No issues at all. Everyone was friendly highly highly recommend.

Great location, friendly staff, and plentiful breakfast. The room was not very comfortable. The bed was jammed in with no room on one side and very little on the other. Also, while it is called a ‘cave’ hotel and our room was supposed to have a domed ceiling, we were simply in a cement block with a wooden ceiling. I do believe there are some cave rooms, but sadly we were not in one even after specific request when booking.

The staff was amazing, so welcoming, including the person who checked us in, the person who helped with ordering tours, and the entire breakfast team. Talking about breakfast, it was superb with excellent presentation and plenty of variety. We purposely allowed extra time in the morning in order to just to sit and enjoy all the food. It’s not a buffet style, you get food delivered to your table. And it’s A LOT of delicious food! We were thankful for the stairs after the breakfast (3rd floor), but if anyone has mobility issues, maybe ask for lower floors. Location is great and the premises are beautiful. We are very thankful for the room upgrade. The bed was comfortable. The viewing platform was really cool and the hot air balloons were literally flying on top of our heads. The shower head was not our favorite and the shower door wasn’t closing all the way, but that was a minor thing.

The suites were extremely comfortable with great views and everything you needed. The breakfast was phenomenal and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. You could easily walk to anything in town. Nothing it was great. Would be fun to come back during high season when all the outdoor patios are open and vines are blooming.

We loved everything!! Central location to attractions, food and shopping. Clean with unique design/build. We loved that we still had every day comforts, but still the cave atmosphere. Mini cave hotels have. Only twin or double beds, but we were able to get a king size bed so were very happy! The breakfast that was included every morning was absolutely delicious. So many options brought right to your table to sample. The staff was amazing! Very kind and attentive. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary, and the hotel staff made it extra special for us. Thank you so much! They were proactive and offering to book tours, and even transportation to get back to the airport when the time came. We came during the off-season so some of the cushions weren’t out on the chairs on the patio patios, however, they were nearby. It was a bit chilly and rainy, so understand why the cushions weren’t out. The views and the extra seating space when the weather is nicer would be spectacular!. I’d give Roma Cave Suites a 10 out of 10. We could not be happier with our stay, and would definitely be back again and recommend it to anyone. Nothing - we loved everything! Only thing I would caution staying at most of the hotels in the area, is it would be challenging for anyone that is mobility restricted. There are lots of stairs, and I doubt many elevators.

I like the view and the reception. The guy who helped us was very helpful and I friendly. Also, breakfast was great! I didn’t like the room. It was tiny.

Everything was amazing. I love this hotel soooo much.

N/A, usually there’s at least one thing to improve on, but this stay was perfect.

The location is perfect and the rooms are very spacious. The employees were all very kind and accommodating, and the breakfast was outstanding. The only drawback was not having any options for news programs in English on TV, but we only watch it for a short time at the end of the day, so it that was just a minor inconvenience.

Location and staff friendliness and attentiveness Everything was perfect. One small suggestion is for menu for choice of eggs for breakfast. Perhaps they can put a choice of eggs for selection in English for guests to choose and request.
-
Great location, beautiful hotel. Great staff. Clean. Room was a bit dark, and the ac didn’t seem to work well. Seems like just the fan was working.
-
Excellent location. The hotel offers a generous traditional Turkish breakfast (kahvalti), consisting of an omelet, bread, cheeses, olives, cucumbers and various spreads, The chefs will also make eggs to your taste when requested. Our room was on the second floor and had a king-size bed. There's a great view from the rooftop terrace where you can watch the hot-air balloons around 5:00 a.m. No complaints. Everything was great about the hotel and staff.

The hotel is beautiful, the views are breathtaking, the rooms are clean and comfortable. It has great location near the Goreme downton, but the best part of all is the amazing staff that made us feel right at home and were always able to accommodate all of our needs. Nothhing. Loved everything

The bathroom is beautiful and the shower is excellent, the beds are very comfortable.Rooms are quiet, perfect for relax. The staff is very kind and attentive, the breakfast is plentiful and with typical products prepared by the very good cook Mrs. Serdağ. Thanks for everything. Family with childrens Everything perfect

We enjoyed our stay at Roma. The hotel is centrally located, a short walk to great restaurants and sunset point. The breakfast was great - not a buffet but instead a plated meal which the chef took pride in making something a little different every morning.
