The hotel is in a fantastic location, making it easy to get around and enjoy the surrounding area. It was convenient for both sightseeing and relaxing, with everything we needed close by. The pool facilities were good and provided a great place to unwind. The area was clean, with enough space for up to 9 guests to use the bed lounges and 14 seats under shade near the pool bar. Great Breakfast was also provided for our stay. There was a good variety of fresh options available each morning, and everything was well presented and tasty. It was a great way to start the day and added to the overall positive experience. . The property had significant potential to be improved with some relatively inexpensive upgrades and better maintenance. For example, the stand-up fan provided in our room had been taped to hold the button down in order for it to operate. It was extremely noisy, which affected our sleep, and it did not cool the room adequately. The overall facilities appeared run down, with discarded furniture and items, such as an old door, left in plain sight rather than being properly removed or disposed of. We also reported an issue with our satellite TV to reception on three occasions. Unfortunately, the issue was not followed up, and we had to repeatedly chase reception for an update. Overall, the property has potential, but greater attention to maintenance, presentation and follow-through on guest requests would significantly improve the experience

All was well except that the standing fan in my room didn't work and I asked for a replacement and never got any but barring that I'd definitely recommend the place.

The view from my room was incredible. Was in the last floor.

The cave rooms were really cool and the pool was amazing! The cave rooms were quite dark and could have been better with more lighting.

The atmosphere, the view and the people

The bathroom was a mess. The showerhead was broken and fell off. The bathroom was leaking. The beds and pillows were not comfortable at all.

Amazing breakfast, excellent location, huge room. Parking was a bit difficult.

I really like the central location so close to several touristic places the staff also very kind and friendly, and the breakfast it was delicious for sure we’ll come back ❤️

However, cleanliness is a major issue, an extremely serious one. The room was very dirty and also had an unbearable smell of mold. We requested a room change, which was accepted. We were shown two alternative rooms, but they were in almost the same condition, so we decided to remain in the original one. This issue is particularly serious, as prolonged exposure to mold can lead to respiratory problems. For this reason alone, the overall rating is significantly affected, which is quite unfortunate.

The mattress and the main bed frame were very loose. The extra bed sank to the floor with the slightest movement. We had two leaks in the ceiling, which we reported to the hotel, and their solution was to give us three beers. I hope they will find a solution to this for their futures visitors.

Location – Excellent , close to everything and great rooftop for viewing the balloons early in the morning Staff- special thanks to Amir and Parsa- always ready to assist and help!! Rooms- We obviously amongst the first guests for the new tourist season- we had three rooms- King, Queen and Junior suites and all were dusty and in need of an urgent deep clean The King room had a double bed size duvet and as a result we had to ask for an extra duvet to cover the entire King bed Towels- the treadbare- new towels are an urgent requirement. The showers in the King and Queen rooms were in need of repairs with water gushing in all directions causing an awful mess! Just water all over the bathroom! Junior room had no air conditioner and was very hot! The hotel in general is aged and in need of a makeover. Breakfast- the coffee machine was broken for the duration of our stay- so only instant coffee was available. Good Meze breakfast – eggs only in omelette style , sausages cut into small pieces to obviously save costs No toast available Loads of room for improvement in the breakfasts as well as in the hotel generally

The hotel is in a fantastic location with a wonderful manager that cares about the hotel and the guests. Please be prepared for the stairs if you’re in a room above the 2nd floor. Also, there was electrical issues when I stayed but this wasn’t the fault of the hotel or the staff.

Pool was closed; challenging stairways, and call to prayer speaker is on the property and quite loud at 5 am

The staff was lovely and very helpful with early check-in, setting up airport transfers and local recommendations. The room had a balcony with an amazing view of the hot air balloons which we were very lucky to see as the weather was temperamental that week. Breakfast was also included and was a great option to have. Overall a great time! The bathroom was a bit outdated and could use for some renovation or upgrade.

The hotel stuff was truly kind. I highly recommended to use this hotel.
