Such a beautiful cave hotel room, majestic. I stayed in the king suite and I totally recommend it. Very spacious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast has variety of food although it pretty much the same every morning. 5 min walk to the “downtown” area where most of restaurants are The bathroom lacks a window or extractor for humidity. The shower door doesn’t close properly so the water splashes everywhere outside the shower

The hotel is pretty good, looks nice and its clean, the service is also very good, you can count with the staff to help you program your trip, the price is very good as I checked in other tourism places as well and doing all with the hotel's help was cheaper and better, I went on almost all things like ATV, Balloon ride etc...

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Location was great. While we enjoyed our stay, it felt a little dated, and the rooftop has potential but could be more comfortable and cleaner maybe for having breakfast, balloon watching, or enjoying the sunset.

Kind and thoughtful staff, cute dogs, yummy breakfast, and a rooftop with a nice view of the balloons in the morning. My room was also very comfortable - tucked away and with a private outdoor space.

Amazing location, architecture and staff. Delicious breakfast every morning, including classic Turkish savory and sweet treats. Accomodation was comfortable and staff were exceptional at organising activities for us. Easy to contact staff as well, at all times.

The hotel is placed in a very central place in Göreme with a beautiful panoramic view. The breakfast was rich and served daily in a beautiful space with a wonderful view which made you to start your day really nice! The rooms are real cave houses, built into the rock with a really impressive aesthetic inside and outside. The hotel is overall beautiful and cared in every detail. Our host was very helpful and he and his staff helped us organize all of our activities in göreme with suggestions and reservations from the begging and even to the last minute. There was 24/7 staff in the reception, ready to help you with anything you want and made us feel very comfortable. They even gave us a free upgrade in our room and gave us a bigger one with a nice view and private jacuzzi - something that blew away our experience. It was an unforgettable stay and we will choose it again for sure!

Very accessible location, main street was a simple 3min walk down the hill. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was also really comfortable and nice.

staff was excellent. very helpful, courteous, attentive to our needs and very accommodating. breakfast was very good. the room and entire hotel was clean and very homey. will definitely stay again and recommend this hotel the photos in the website did not do the hotel justice. i was surprised that the hotel looked and was far better when we saw it in person.
