Days Inn Cappadocia

The bathroom floor was constantly wet as the shower wasn’t really separated and the water didn’t have anywhere to go. Walls were also really thin, you could hear people from next rooms.

there was construction going on from 10AM to 5PM, which was not advertised. It was underneath my room, but was so incredibly loud (like it was happening next to me)

Staff was very very friendly & accommodating. Room was spacious and clean. No AC, so it was a bit warm at night.

The location is great, 10 min walk from the city center. The host was nice, he let us leave the bags before the check-in time and after we checked out. He was also ok with us using a shower after checking out, which we didn't, but we appreciate that too. He was also honest with car rental recommendations, air balloon prices, etc. Nothing, everything was ok.

This is my first time to review the hotel, we like the hotel very much, the owner invited us to dinner, he and his friends are the best bosses, we talked all night. Everything is the best！

I liked the location, it was close to the city centre. Our room was cold and humid and the host was making us uncomfortable with his unprofessional behaviour.

Very nice accommodation, closely to the most important tourist points in Goreme. Nice staff. Hair dryer was not working. Only point of attention that I would like to mention.

We had a very bad experience at Days Inn Cappadocia. I have never been received so poorly in years of travel with booking.com We had warned the hotel of our late arrival and discussed airport transfer but no one came to pick us up. Then there was no one at the hotel when we arrived late at night, we waited for an hour before finding a room by ourselves. The next morning the owner was aggressive and violent, he pushed us down the stairs. He locked our luggage, we could not access it. The police had to come to settle the dispute, fortunately they were very nice and professionnal. I felt in danger in this hotel and I do not recommend it. Also we discovered afterwards that the comments on booking are mostly good but the comments on Google for the past few months are very negative for this place with many people who had the same experience as us. We paid for our stay in cash in front of the police because the hotel doesn't take card and refused our Turkish liras (he wanted euros in cash) and later booking.com called me to say that the hotel pretended that we did not pay and wanted to be paid again !

The location was perfect, the room with balcony perfect to see the balloons The water in the shower was cold, and the floor a little dirty.

The wifi connection is good. The location is not so far from the center. About 10-15minutes walk. 1. The place is...dirty. inside the room, and outside of the room. It was summer when i visited the place, so it's dusty. When we arrived, it smelled of sheep's poop all around. When we entered the room, it's dusty and it's like people used shoes inside of the room and it's not properly swept or mopped for the next customer to check in. 2. There is no fan/air conditioner. It's a lil cold at night, but it can also feel so stuffy. Was not in the room during the day so I don't know much. 3. There is one.. or two puppies I'm not sure... They pooped all over the place in the courtyard and no one cleaned them. They're cute tbrh. But this is an inconvenience for people who're scared of dogs/puppies. I ended up checking my parents into another hotel for the night. 4. Cleanliness is a pretty concerning matter here, even on the mattress/bedsheet. My sister developed rashes and itchiness when we slept there and her face breaks out too. When we slept at other places, this doesn't happen to her and the itchiness subsides too. 5. The courtyard is not well kept and maintained either.

Good location and local style built. There was no facility of Air Conditioning in hot weather and the owner has a bit strange behaviour.
