Medusa Cave Hotel

The first night there were some type of bed bags in my bed, but they were fast and changed us to a different room. The mattress had a bit of a hole.

Very good

There was a 24x7 reception. The cleaning staff did an excellent job. The location is super convenient to everything. The tours are at a decent price provided by them and the prices are fair for any additional service provided by them. The rooms lighting could have been better. Would have preferred a better lit room.

Cleanliness

Good location, nice rooftop. Many items can be fixed to improve the room and the building. In the bathroom for example, ALL accessories + faucets were loose. TP holder loose, you have to grab the TPH to pull the paper so the roll doesn’t fall. Sink faucet was loose, when you wanted to open the water, same thing happened. You have to grab the faucet so you can use it properly. We couldn’t take a shower with the head rain since it couldn’t be attached to the wall mounted arm. We had to grab it like a hand shower and it was REALLY uncomfortable. Some many items were on the property that make it look bad. Example, old folded bed covered with a broken trash bag…

It really was a cave! Shower could have been less steamy.

I had a wonderful stay at Medusa Hotel. Everything was great, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the overall facilities. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with kindness and professionalism. The location was also excellent, with easy access to the main attractions of Cappadocia. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Haluk was an excellent host. This was my 2nd time coming back to the same hotel. Last time was back in 2023. I loved how they also have activities I can sign up from at the hotel.

Beautiful hotel, very comfortable. We spent 1 night at this hotel and really enjoyed our stay. The staff were all very pleasant and accommodating. Nothing maybe just more breakfast options. But the breakfast was decent

Nothing not to like perfect stay.?

It was the best location, everything shops and restaurants close to hotel. The room was just like a fairytale, the best experience of cave room. The hotel has several terraces, from where i took lots of beautiful pics, of balloons flying early in the morning. The breakfast was great, and the staff very helpful. Room facilities 10 from 10. Everything was ok ?

The hotel was nice and modest not too many frills but for the price and the reason for going there , it was perfect . Enjoyed the elaborate breakfast by the two ladies on the terrace .

We loved our spacious room (204) which is also the biggest room they have! Highly recommended! The bathroom is huge and the beds are very comfy! We didn’t get to taste the breakfast because we have to leave early the following day and we only stayed for a night. The staff are also friendly.

The rooms were nice but the lights could be better. Even though there was no elevator, nobody helped us to carry the luggage. The rooms were a bit smelly. They left clothes, beds and other stuffs in balcony. Breakfast was mediocre for this price. I requested to cancel one night through booking.com and I received a reply that it's possible if the property accepts cancellation. Guess what? They didn't!

Gorgeous room, fabulous breakfast, good deal on balloon ride upon arrival. Room got very hot overnight, even with air con.

All good, it’s in the city center. Turkish breakfast really good and rooms were very clean and comfortable The person at the reception desk last in the night shift was quite rude and had poor manners. He told us in a very unpleasant way that we had to change rooms, even though it was their mistake.
