This hotel was amazing! The rooms were perfect, they had two separate terraces you could sit at both with little carpet corners perfect for taking pictures while the balloons were rising, as well as the huge carpet corner in the lobby that you can sit and have tea at or take pictures. They have a great breakfast bar with lots of different options and the sweetest lady that brings you fresh food for you to try while you are eating. The staff was exceptional they helped us plan our hot air balloon ride, sunrise horseback riding and also got our airport transfers set up. The staff is amazing the owners are amazing we honestly had the best trip and it was thanks to everyone there we did not want to leave! 100% would go back and would recommend to anyone going to Cappadocia!!

Great location, within walking distance of cafés, shops, and restaurants. The hotel has an excellent viewing deck where you can watch the hot air balloons in the morning. Breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of choices. I arranged our day tours, hot air balloon ride, and airport transfers through the hotel, and I’m very glad I did. Everything was well-organized, convenient, and hassle-free. The staff and our driver were friendly, helpful, and responsive throughout our stay, making the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended! None

Our room was a basement cave/chimney room separate from the main hotel. The staff was amazing! I absolutely loved breakfast and couldn't wait to go every day! The location was really great as well, right in the center of Goreme, not up a massive hill like some others! Super convenient!! The AC in the room drained into a pot that I had to empty twice. Maybe a bigger pot would work better?

We booked room 102 since we were 3 adults traveling together. It was on the ground floor and which meant we did not have to drag our suitcases up the staircase like most other rooms on the property. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. Shamil(?) was working the reception desk when we arrived and he made us feel very welcome and taken care of. They supplied plenty of water throughout our stay, and there were toiletries, slippers, towels, and free coffee and tea in the room. The breakfast spread was good and tasty. We booked our balloon ride and roundtrip public airport transfer through the hotel as well, which were all excellent. My main complaint is that the room was too dark. It had windows which we opened but the light was inadequate. Most of the lights were uplights which were harsh on the eyes. I know it is a cave hotel but our friends stayed at a similar place nearby and they had adequate lighting. This room made me wish i had a headlamp when i packed/unpacked. The shower area was also a bit dark and did not have enough shelves to put shampoo/soap on. I also would have liked larger trash bins in the room.

This property was stunning. When I first saw it, it brought tears to my eyes. What a magical place. The views / location was a dream. The food included was sooo good. And the staff… wow! They were ALL super kind, friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay special. I’d love to come back.

It is a beautifully decorated cave hotel with helpful staff. They were very good at communicating on WhatsApp and booked my tours and airport transportation. Room was spacious with 2 sleeping areas. Good bathroom amenities. Breakfast was a huge spread with a view of Cappadocia. Stores and restaurants are all around the hotel. You could probably see the hot air balloons from their huge roof top but unfortunately it was cancelled when we were there. Nothing I can think of

Osmanbey Cave House 1000/10 ⭐️ 5 star is not enough, because in Osmanbey Cave House you feel home. All the staff are always smiling, makes you feel happy everyday. And they give full service. ❤️? Receptionist : they are very attentive, friendly, kind and respectful person. Especially Rasheed , Serhat (whom we always talk to) and Shamil ( He’s the one always answering the questions before we came to Cappadocia). These 3 Gentlemen’s were superb and helpful. They are always offering coffee or Tea. ❤️ I was so overwhelmed because they even remembered my Birthday, after our Tour they surprised my with a cake and sing a birthday song for me. I wasn’t even expecting this. Hotel : Clean, they provide essential kit. Bottled water everyday. Even the cleaner was so nice and always smiling. There is hot and cold water dispenser near the reception area. ? they also have 2 terrace, which you can watched the sunrise , hot air balloon and sunset. The carpet area is one of a k Food : Breakfast was super! You can asked to cook ? eggs (scrambled or fried eggs, they are very attentive to their Guests). Location : perfect! Perfect for hot air balloon watching and it’s in the Center of Göreme, there’s a Restaurant , coffee shop and Souvenir shops nearby, across the street there is convenient store. I can tell, it’s walking distance from everything. Service: they offered hot air balloon rides, ATV, airport service and tour activities. Comfortable beds, very spacious and quiet room, nice bathroom, and convenient central location. A wonderful breakfast each morning. Also, all the staff were very kind, always smiling, and willing to help us in any way. We would love to come back! Nothing

Decor, style of hotel, location It didn't both us but breakfast was on the roof top terrace so there were quite a few stairs.
