Hanzade Cappadocia

Our trip to Cappadocia would have been only “OK” if it wasn’t for this hotel, who made it Amazing ! - An amazing staff, especially Alex, who helped us in every way he could to organize our trip, find solutions when there was none left. A great part of what we will remember from our trip will be moments spent with Alex - Clean and beautiful rooms, just like the pictures, really class, made in rocks, fitting perfectly the theme of Goreme - Great breakfast buffet, having everything you could think of

I had a wonderful stay at Hanzade Cappadocia. The location was excellent, close to the main attractions in Göreme while still being peaceful and relaxing. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed with the unique Cappadocia atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Alex, who was extremely helpful with arranging my horse ride and hot air balloon booking, making the experience even more enjoyable and convenient. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, and the rooftop views were amazing, especially in the morning. Even though it was a short stay, the experience was memorable. I would definitely recommend Hanzade Cappadocia to anyone visiting Cappadocia. Nothing

Our room was near to reception and sometimes it was a little bit noisy.

Perfect accomodation. Great location, nice cave rooms, friendly staff, everything was clean and good. Good breakfast too! Made my stay in Goreme so good, totally recommend! Nothing, it was perfect.

There was a water leak in WC making some irritating noise during the hight.

I had a lovely stay here, unfortunately only for a night. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a huge bathroom. Really central location too.

The location is right at the center of Goreme! Right next to the hotel many restaurants, cafe, shops, rooftops. The entrance to the hotel is very beautiful and can be used as a photo shoot spot. Actually tourists use it for the fee 5euro, good news is that the hotels residents can use it for free. The hotel is not big, but very comfortable. It has its own rooftop with the beautiful view. We were welcomed by the great guy Abdullah, he was very friendly to us. Our room was enough for 4 people and has everything inside including the AC. For the note it is some kind of problem with the electricity in the town and you can barely find and hotel with the AC in Goreme. Everything is great! Some kind find the breakfast not that wide and extended, but it has everything you need in the morning.

It was a worst stay

The location was perfect ! Close to restaurants and shops, 15-minute walk to the best sunrise balloon viewing point. The entrance to the hotel is very nicely decorated, everybody stopped there to take photos with the pretty lights. The room was bigger than anticipated and the bed was quite comfortable. The thing that bothered me the most was the wifi, which was really slow, with some devices not able to connect at all. Breakfast was pretty varied, but they weren't restocking things. If you didn't get there first, no way you could find something missing again. Another thing i found strange was that there wasn't electricity a couple of times. We complained about it and took some time to get somebody to look at it. In the end, i think it was either a tripped fuse or something like that because it was easily fixed. Also, it was a bit weird there wasn't any room cleaning, even though we stayed 4 nights. All in all, I would say these are things that can be overcome in the future and that the potential for a great stay is there.

Centrally located, small number of rooms, really cute entryway and decent facilities. The place has a rooftop and breakfast available for guests. They helped us to book a hammam experience which was great and an easy process. We stayed for a week in room 202 so got a very good sense of the place - there were a few issues. Firstly, the room smelt very bad due to lack of a U-bend/waste 'trap' in the bathroom sink which meant we had smell from the room below. I complained about this about four times and they only came to the room once to try and address it but there wasn't a solution. We ended up trying to plug the sink ourselves because it was so unpleasant. Don't expect stellar service here - we often got the sense that out of politeness staff would nod and pretend to understand when they didn't (guessing due to the language barrier). This meant overall communication was poor. The bathroom had mould which wasn't nice and a fixture in the bathtub was broken (see photos). I did mention the broken fixture to staff but again, nothing was done about this. In addition the lighting in the bathroom was very low, with many bulbs out. The breakfast was lovely but it wasn't clear that freshly made eggs were available until day 5 - as nobody told us we could ask for them. The rooftop is a nice space that was totally under-utilised. When we arrived it was snowing (so fair enough they hadn't set up the cushions) but when the weather improved we had three days of beautiful sun and no comfy places to sit upstairs because this was never set up, despite me asking four times. There are lines between asking, reminding, and pestering and I was bordering on the latter! Note that despite the soundproof claim this place is definitely not - you are right next to the mosque which means the call to prayer is very loud and clear. This might not bother you at 5am if you are already up for the balloons, but outside of that beware. All-in-all, I think its fine for a short stay if you're unfussy and don't mind being left to yourself, but I think there are better options if you want to feel a bit special on holiday.

The location is great and surrounded by plenty of restaurants.

The location in Goreme is excellent. We were very happy with our accommodation which was clean and comfortable. There is an excellent breakfast in the rooftop dining room which can be eaten outside in good weather The staff are very kind and helpful. We had no complaints

Amazing traditional room, clean , spacious with a home vibe. Roof top terrace with amazing view, good breakfast( only cond dishes),friendly staff. Overall incredible value for many, would stay again. All good.

Superb

The staff were amazing. They accommodated our late night check in, helped us arrange tours, and made sure we could have breakfast after our hot air balloon ride. The breakfast is homemade and delicious. The rooms were awesome and the terrace had great views. Nothing. It was a perfect stay.
