This was a very comfortable hostel in a good location I was told I could not check in after late hours and yet they allowed others to check in many times between 2 and 4am which disrupted my sleep. The prices for food and drink are expensive but it is a tourist town

Excellent location and true cave staying experience!! The landlord and landlady took so good care and very homely atmosphere!! Really it’s home..

There seemed to be a lot of disorganization. There were multiple times within our stay where guests would arrive late in the night, and the hosts wouldn’t know what beds to put them in. This resulted in the lights being turned on past midnight, with my curtain being opened by the host mom while I was sleeping, checking to see if the bed was occupied. These disturbances happened almost nightly. There was not concern for noise levels, with the hosts often coming into the room early in the morning and speaking loudly outside or even within the room.

Listed as breakfast included, but when I asked about the hours, was clearly informed that it was not included and was an error.

terrasse shower doesn’t work properly,

Ali was the best host. It exceeded my expectations. It was more than just a homestay, it was paradise :) The shower. If it's fixed everything's perfect!

Amazing hostel in the heart of Göreme village, everything was within walking distance. The lady host was incredibly kind and welcoming and made the stay feel very comfortable. The terrace has a beautiful view. The hostel was clean, cozy, and had a very nice atmosphere. Honestly nothing major, had a great stay overall.

Cat shit on the side of my bed, I told them they scoped it out not even wash the area still smell bad, I don’t mind old stuff and seem they never been clean.

Rooms were warm and comfortable beds with curtains . Have bathrobes was a nice touch . I love the common area upstairs with the kitchen and warm wood stove .

If you pay by card, they will charge extra €2. I wanted to know about it before check in. But there is a ATM in the village.

I had the best time! Great people, great location, well equipped kitchen in a beautiful terrace, large and comfy beds in clean dorm, warm showers with towels provided. Thanks for everything!

Great location and very nice common space/kitchen upstairs. The bathroom in the private unit smells strongly of mold.
-
The rooms are clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The family running the hostel are absolutely lovely, very kind, and always welcoming

It is very near to Restaurants, attractions and also they were very accomodating and helpful, thank you so much it was really a wonderful experience and very easy for me as a solo female traveller.

Everything was great but what really stood out was the staff. Felt like I was right at home, and the home made cooking is the best. I didn’t want to leave.

Some facilities are broken
-
The bathroom is partially open and I was there at a relatively cold time so it can get a little cold. This is not an issue in my opinion as I stayed in hostels with this set up before and they were even more cold.

Both the staff and facility were exceptional. I don’t think the owner Ali could have been any more welcoming or helpful. I was able to book multiple activities through the hostel, (Ahmed I believe is his name) Balloon, green tour, airport shuttle and the price was the lowest I found and all tours were perfect). Lastly, the restaurant was so good! Ate there a few times over the 5 days I was there, and everything was perfect (Thank You Fatima!) Nothing

We had some misunderstanding about the laundry price, which is actually 5 EUR (not 5 TL) - I’m not sure if they confused us on purpose, probably we were just lost in translation. However, the owner’s mum said we had to pay 600 TL (though it was 450 TL at the current rate). It’s a shame that this petty scam attempt almost ruined the good experience, that’s why I put 8 instead of 10. Just beware and remember: you are a tourist here.

Location was great as it is in the Main Street and there is no stair climbing We had a private room that was quite nice but there was no towels or bath mat provided. When I asked for towels he said “only have bath robes” so I took them and I asked “dry ourselves with these?” His answer was “SAME SHIT! “ I couldn’t believe it as they were quite helpful in other ways trying to book shuttle and balloon ride etc Anyway the robes did the job
