Henna Hotel - Adults Only

The buffet breakfast was good. The place was magical and the location superb. The AC in the room, and the terrace areas needs a little bit attention. Cushions in the terrace faded by the sun.

Was disappointed room was on lower level and it was not disclosed. Also, it seemed as all other rooms had outdoor seating, but we did not.

The proximity to the shops, restaurants and cafes. It is center of town and very walkable and safe for solo female travelers. There is loud music till 11pm in the night around the surrounding hotels.

The room where we got our breakfast food was cold. All plates were cold so any hot food you put on them was instantly cold.

This hotel was 10/10.Its very well located in the downtown ,the room is made of stone and it’s amazing, even the floor was heated and other details like the tub, the several terraces to see the town, the size of the room and the breakfast i liked so much. The hotel staff even helped me to book the transfer from the airport and offered help to book some tours in goreme, and some tips about the trails around the city. Everything perfect.

Everything. Especially staff are so nice and friendly. Every time when I asked questions, they taught me everything and useful information.

A downside was about the Cave Room. We told the staff many times we wanted to stay in one and would happily pay more money to upgrade. But they never gave us a clear 'yes' or 'no' answer. This made us very disappointed because we were really hoping to get it.

Breakfast was outstanding, from a wide variety of jams, fruits, breads and eggs to the sweet pups hanging around. The whole staff was so attentive to our needs, and our expectations were met. The rooftop served a splendid view for both nighttime and sunrise. Very satisfied with my stay at Henna Hotel.

The hotel and the room are nice, the staff were really friendly and helpful. I forgot my AirPods there when I checked out and only found out about that a day later. The front desk staff kept it with them without knowing who s the owner. They were super responsive via WhatsApp

Breakfast good, amazing views from terrace outside room + rooftop terrace. Loved the cave-like room We were eligible for one way free airport shuttle but upon arrival the staff was not informed/declined. However this was resolved the next day and we got the free shuttle on the way back so not really an issue.

Henna Hotel was magical! The staff was amazing and accommodating (Thank you Mustafa). The location was great; within walking distance to many restaurants, shops and night life. The suite was cozy yet spacious at the same time. I loved the authenticity. The live music in the evenings was charming. The included breakfast buffet was fresh and a nod to Turkish hospitality. The icing on the cake was definitely the roof top and the views. Nothing beats getting up early in the morning to catch a view of the many floating hot air balloons. Thankfully this wasn't an issue for us, however, I will note that some of the rooms including mine was at the top of a slope cobblestone hill. This could be challenging for someone that is in a wheelchair, uses a walking stick and or has back or leg issues. If you have these issues, I suggest you make it known when making a reservation, so they can possibly put you in a lower elevation room.

The room and hotel grounds were beautiful and very clean! Great location near a ton of restaurants and shops 2-3 min down. The rooftop was gorgeous for sunrise and had great views and lots of space. Friendly staff. It got really hot in the room at night. We did have a cave suite so it does make sense for it not to have air conditioning but also I feel like it should’ve been mentioned while booking because other suites did have AC, so its the luck of the draw. The plumbing was also weird, we would only get really hot water & the toilet would run water randomly.

Nice rooftop with breakfast, has multiple rooftops that people can join. You must go early in order to grab the best spot unless you are booking a private breakfast to watch balloons.

Great location, great breakfast, very helpful staff. We expected our room to be bigger. There different layouts for our room type and ours seemed to be the smaller layout.

I really enjoyed the view from the rooftop — it was incredible to see the hot air balloons so clearly. The hotel’s design is amazing, combining traditional Turkish heritage house elements with comfort. It may not be suitable for elderly guests, as getting to the breakfast area requires walking uphill.

What did I NOT like?! Everything down to the details of the art that was chosen to decorate the space was impeccable. Extremely clean. Awesome courtyard. Amenities and decorations are sourced or commissioned locally. History lovers would love it. Full-marble bathroom. the photos posted don’t do its justice. I wish we could stay for longer! Breakfast was great. It says on Google a 3-star hotel but really it’s five stars. Can’t recommend enough. Our sink faucet was a bit loose and the service from the restaurant can be improved. Staff (of the restaurant) was borderline rude.

Good location, rooftop beautiful view When taking photo with the hot air balloon on the rooftop , expect they will display breakfast for decoration, but they didn’t, a little bit disappointed.

This hotel has a fantastic location and is a wonderful place to watch the hot air balloons in the morning. The private rooftop, which requires a reservation, offers an unobstructed view of the balloons. All the staff members are incredibly friendly and helpful. I’ve already recommended this hotel to several friends who are planning to visit Cappadocia. It was an excellent experience and one of the highlights of our trip.
