The staff is very good. It's a small hotel near to the.main goreme Market. The staff is very courteous and hospitable. Rooms are average as compared to the price we paid. It was the new year's time. So maybe the prices were high. Overall average facilities with good staff.

The location was good Messaged hotel through app to arrange a change of room and also to decorate room as it was my honeymoon but didn’t do any of it. Arrived late at night so wasn’t in the mood to argue etc

Nice staff，excellent breakfast，rooms was cleaned everyday I booked a balloon tour and airport transfer。They just confirmed the reservation but did not explained how they worked。I had to ask question by question。 For example：When and where I should be，when to pay，how to pay，pay to whom。payment condition must be explained when booking them。 It was a bit dark

The hospitality of the owner, Yilmaz, was awesome. It felt like home away from home. He really went out of his way to meet all our requirements. Ramesh and Arzu were incredible. They saw to all our needs and assisted where ever they could. Definitely a hotel I would recommend and re-visit. There were no card facilities. Everything had to be paid cash.
