The property was located in a good part of town, we drove so it wasn’t a problem. I love the spaciousness of the property. Nothing!

We have stayed in many great hotels all over the world...THIS ONE WAS THE BEST EVER !!!!!!!! STAFF WERE INCREDIBLE. So very friendly and so helpful, went above based to make sure we were taken care of. They even had the cook bake us a most wonderful chocolate cake with chocolate work and dipped strawberries. Larry said the best cake he has ever eaten... Everything was so wonderful, a huge soak tub in the massive bedroom. You just must stay here, Very local area, easy to get around. We loved this place. Thank you guys for an incredible stay.. zero. There is nothing not to like

The hotel is very well located, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The staff was attentive, helpful, and provided good service throughout the stay. The room was also spacious and comfortable. 6/10 The breakfast was quite limited, with few options available and many of them being highly processed products. There was also a lack of fresh fruit and healthier choices. Additionally, the bathroom had poor ventilation, which caused moisture, some mold, and an unpleasant smell in the room.

Beautiful hotel with a perfect location and lovely details throughout. Watching the hot air balloons at sunrise was unforgettable. The staff was amazing — very attentive, kind, and always helpful. A special thanks to one of the girls at the front desk who helped us find a balloon flight after ours was canceled and also assisted us with renting a car. They truly made our experience in Cappadocia even more special. Thank you all! Our room had a round bed, which I personally found a bit uncomfortable.

Room 301 had a rooftop terrace, an excellent place to relax or watch the balloons pass by! Halkan was very attentive, kind, and he worked very hard to make sure our stay was perfect. When we inquired about a light on the terrace, he immediately called an electrician and had one installed. This is over and above our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier with the service!

It’s a scam , the got their location close to the center of Gorëme in order to make toe hotel look like more attractive but they are really located like 15 minutes from the center . If you see the photo than I uploaded the red circle ? it’s the booking location and the yellow circle ? it’s the really location . It’s a scam thieft , the had stolen my money ?

The Property is very nice. Location is just at the center of Goreme but not the noisy and crowded part. We got the big room with private balcony and I enjoyed watching balloons every morning. I would like to commend the staff for their exceptional service! Hakan was very helpful in all aspect! Kemal was amazing manager, he did arranged all our tours, hotel pick up and even my room massage! you guys rock! Your hospitality is beyond 5 star? Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Everything was really nice! The terrace room was spacious with very nice views from the terrace. Breakfast had limited items with no refills.

Good location, close to the town center One night the AC didn’t work for a few hours, the staff came and fixed it pretty quickly. But the fireplace, which was promised to me was broken and never fixed during our stay. The situation was never informed or communicated in any form in advance tho the fireplace was broken for weeks.
