The location is perfect, we missed one part of the terrace because we are not too curious exploring the facilities and no one at the hotel tell us about it. Once we arrived the first thing to offer were the tours, some kind of pressure to give an answer about it in that moment, who also mention if we don’t decide fast prices may be higher because of availability. A different approach may help him to make us feel comfortable in doing those tours with them even though their prices were kind of higher than around the town.

The location is perfect, the view is amaizing 360° , you are high enough to see everything without any view block Friendly staff Great breakfast There is no shade on top of the roof during the day, only around the breakfast area. A sun-umbrella would be great around the other places, because it gets really hot during the day, you can't relax on the divans if there is no shade

Great rooftop to watch the balloons. The breakfast buffet was had a lot of options and I enjoyed eating on the rooftop. Great location. I was in a single room and it was quite small, but there was still room for my luggage and it was a good value for the price.

The location of the hotel is great! Walking distance to central Goreme and to many good restaurants. The roof top is a great spot of the hotel for breakfast every morning, also a great spot for viewing the hot air balloons passing by in the morning. Everyone working there was so friendly! Walking up the slope to get back to hotel was a bit exhausting after a long day. But if you're fit, no worries!

The staffs are unfriendly, except Arif. The price does not match the quality. It does not costs 90 euros per night. The standard room is very small for two people. There are no fences in the shower, it makes all bathroom wet after taking shower. Upon arrival, we were not given shampoos or shower gels, only one soap for two, upon request, they explained that soap could be added, but gels and shampoos are our concern, we can buy them in the store if we need it. We had to beg for omelets for breakfast, which was unpleasant. When we complained to the hotel manager, we were told: there is no money - there is nothing to go into our "premium hotel". We had a large selection of hotels before check-in, it's a pity we made the wrong choice.

The hotel had one of the best value for money that we ever experienced. The rooms are clean, cute and have good heating for winter. The breakfast was so nice! We did not expect that at all and the staff was super friendly and helpful, organising a ballon tour for a very fair price in the middle of the night and helping us to find nice activities without trying to sell us anything. We loved it and would 100% recommend! Nichts

Very comfortable and beautiful room located in the centre of Goreme. The view from the tarrace was amazing. Also the staff was really helpful and nice. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. Worth recommending!

Everything was perfect, especially the kindness of our hosts - thanks once again to the whole team for their little attentions, especially to Milad and Arif (who gave us hot water in the evening after our long walks as it was very cold at this time of the year!). Breakfast is very good, the room is cosy and the location is ideal. X
