Zara Cave Hotel +10

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We were in Room 103 and it was quiet and large for our family of four. They had all amenenties you would need and also provided water and breakfast each morning with fresh made omelets. The location was amazing for viewing the balloons and for walking around town. The excursions and transfers booked through the hotel were perfect and easy to secure. We highly recommend Zara Cave Hotel and we hope to return! Nothing

Staff and location was amazing !! Specially Deniz and Meryem were so friendly and nice we were happy with reception as well. When we need something they helped straight away. Even we didn’t wait 5 minutes. No comment. Everything was really good.

This hotel sits in great location in Goreme. The rooms are very comfy and clean. The breakfast is awesome and the kitchen staff and breakfast service is very friendly. Also, hotel has 3 beautiful terraces that’s great for unwinding after a day of exploration, providing a clear view of the valley.

Friendly staff especially from the restaurant. Staff at the reception area arranged day tours and hot air balloons trip for us also we took transportation from the hotel from the airport both ways. Close to many restaurants

We had an amazing stay at this boutique hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations, from the warm and attentive staff, especially Denis and Emre, to the beautiful premises. The lovely terraces were a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area, and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. We also appreciated the staff's help in arranging and booking a trip for us, which made our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. There was nothing we didn’t like. Maybe not having parking and having to look for it, but it was not a huge inconvenience.

The neighboring hotel played loud music which made it difficult to sleep the night before our balloon ride.

Customer service- Front desk staff provided helpful recommendations, Alp and the other driver (cannot remember his name) were helpful and safe drivers; Meryem was an excellent chef and Denis was a wonderful greeter and helpful at the breakfast room. Not applicable

Wonderful location, service, cleanliness, comfort, room size, rooftop terrace and fantastic breakfast. The rooms need a bit better lighting.

The hotel was exceptional. The cave-style room was unique, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooftop terrace offered breathtaking views of Cappadocia, especially during sunrise with the hot air balloons. The location was perfect and close to all major attractions. Very little to complain about. The hotel was excellent overall. If I had to mention one thing, the Wi-Fi signal could be stronger in some areas of the property.

Beautiful property as pictured in listing! The staff was absolutely amazing everyone was so kind and helpful. The concierge helped book our hot air balloon ride which was easily the highlight of our trip. Each morning we got up and viewed the hot air balloons from the various rooftop viewpoints. This was an incredible sight to see. After viewing the hot air balloons we ate breakfast at our hotel. Diniz was friendly, funny and so generously accommodating. He made us smoothies, made to order eggs and even gave us recommendations of different traditional food combinations. Our room was amazing! Our private balcony overlooked a beautiful courtyard and it was so nice to open our door to let the sun and fresh air in. We received unlimited complimentary tea, coffee, and water which was a nice perk! We loved this hotel! Highly recommend! Nothing!

This hotel surpassed our expectations . Best spot for watching the sunrise with balloons, breathtaking views , Clean, helpful and friendly staff, specially Sami and Maryam. Maryam went out of her way making sure we had the best breakfast experience. I will come back again . There was nothing that we did not like.

Everything about my stay was amazing. The hotel is unique and stunning. The view from my room was fascinating. The staff is very accommodating and welcoming. They went out of the way to book a hot air balloon ride for me. The room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was supplied with all the personal items you need for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent!!! Just a short walk to all the restaurants and shops of Goreme. There is no parking at hotel but much free parking nearby.

Location, views, staff, bedrooms, rooftop, BREKAFAST! Nothing. Everything was amazing
