The poor young man at the desk who had to come up and explain why the “air-conditioned” rooms were not and muggy. False marketing. This was not airconditioning. The only thing that worded was the fan the young man brought us.

This is a relaxing hotel in the heart of Goetzis

Clean rooms, nice location. Only 8 free parking places in front of the hotel. Parking garage 24Euros/24h. Breakfast was disappointing.. 1h before end of breakfast they didn't care about available food. No scrambled eggs, no salami etc.. Also tables weren't ready and there was just a few people. Pastry wasn't fresh at all. Probably from previous day. Very sad about this breakfast.

Breakfast and location were really good! Would think using again in the future! Thank you for everybody's kind hospitality! One of my colleague room's heater was not properly working - was not only 1st room but also 2nd room too.
