Nothing is good The communication is horrible. This is the most ridiculous experience I have ever had in my life. Only 1 hour before check in, I was informed that the hotel is overbooked and I will be transfer to another hotel for the same price, which is 20 minutes by bus from the original one. When I arrived, I was charged 55 Euro more than the price I booked. No one is at reception and no one is on phone.

It was very central. The room was clean and spacious. It also offered a large TV with Netflix. The room was very loud. On the ground floor, you can hear cars just rushing next to the window. Also, if you open the window, anyone could look inside. I think this wouldn't be a problem on the upper floor.

The room was relatively newly renovated, furnished and equipped as described. Check in at the machine very smooth. The location was central, exactly what I was looking for. Sound insulation from the windows was very good, which is necessary given the location right next to a busy road. My room smelled very unpleasantly of smoke (as though someone had smoked for a prolonged time there and it had seeped into the furniture). This should not happen at a hotel that advertises its rooms as non-smoking. The impression of neglect was not helped by the stained sheets... At 62€/night, I thought this was bad value even if it was one of the cheapest options in the area. At that price, I'm not willing to compromise on cleanliness.
