Location was nice and staff were friendly Despite being an expensive hotel which appears exclusive on the website, we found upon arrival that it also hosts external events like weddings in a large part of it. It was very hot outside and we were really looking forward to having a swim in the outside pool, but found that it was full of people from the event and there were no sunloungers left. By the time there was enough space for us to swim (nearly 7 pm), the poolside was full of empty glasses and discarded towels. This was not the experience we paid for.

Nice place to stay, out of the ordinary, in a very good way. Nothing

not a lot lady bugs all over my room a shower which was so small to enter, lucky i could get in no elevator

The hotel is good, but it is better suited to holiday than business trips. If you like the countryside in the summer, it is wonderful here. For people who love horses, here is paradise. The building is old, and some things cannot be changed, but others can be improved.

Historic chateau, elegant, great customer service. Large room ,great views, quiet countryside. Fabulous restaurant onsite, we had a birthday dinner there for my wife, the food was fabulous. Great place to have a couple drinks in the evening and look at the pastoral scene of lawns and architecture. No real complaints. They did advertise a trail around the property, but that was not kept up very well, there were downed branches and it was not very clearly marked.

Excellent hotel, amazing ambiance and relaxing atmosphere. Very welcoming and very helpful staff. We will be back definitely.

A beautiful property in a quiet area. The bed and linens were very comfortable. Our meals at both the bar restaurant and breakfast were fantastic. Bathrobes and slippers were provided. The decor in some of the areas of the chateau was not as cohesive and they did not serve any specialty coffee at breakfast (only nespresso pods).

    Location, room, restaurant

Our room was obviously an accessible one. Unfortunately, this meant that the the shower was designed for the less able and set at a low height. The only way to use it was to hold it in one hand while standing or to sit and shower. This however did not detract from our stay and was only a minor issue.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful hotel! A very special experience.

Beautiful setting on the north side of Paris. Easy access to CDG. Rooms are comfortable and the staff was very welcoming. Dinner on the terrace was delightful. We were there on one of the hottest days of the year so the pool was a welcome amenity. Unfortunately, the AC units in the room cannot compete with those temperatures. The staff did provide a fan which made made the night bearable.

No lift . Carrying heavy bags up the stairs was a challenge

  • Engine customer Jun 2025

The location was convenient to Chateau Chantilly as well as to CDG airport while still being in the relaxful contryside. Stairs to rooms may be difficult for seniors and, or handicap guests.

It is a very beautiful and calm place

  • Engine customer Apr 2025

The standout feature of this place was definitely the friendly and helpful staff. The reception team was incredibly welcoming and assisted us with getting around, while the bar staff worked tirelessly. Despite being clearly understaffed—just two people managing everything on a busy public holiday—they did their absolute best to serve everyone with drinks and dinner. The restaurant offered high-quality, delicious food that really impressed us. The building itself has a lot of charm, and the garden is spacious, beautiful, and wonderfully peaceful. The building does feel a bit outdated and could use some touch-ups here and there. Unfortunately, our bed wasn’t very comfortable—it was quite firm and small, and the pillows were also on the smaller side. While the restaurant served tasty food, it felt somewhat overpriced. And for a four-star hotel, it was a bit disappointing that they had run out of several menu items on Easter Sunday
