Food - Environment & Staff Swimming pool was a bit crowded (normal based on the week-end we stayed) but the amenties were not super confortable

factory suite was huge and had great AC in the heatwave. Castle was beautiufl. Dinner at the restauarant was ok, breakfast was good, They have bikes you can rent to go into chantilly which was lovely and its close to uber to senlis for dinners/exploring Check in time was very late 5pm although checkout was 12. My husband got there very early which we informed them about before but there was no accomodation to get him the room any earlier than 5 though he arrived at 7am. It should have been possible for him to get in around 3 at least, other people we know got their rooms much before and i feel that they could have rearranged the cleaning schedule around to accomodate a guest who was there much earlier.

Perfect place to reset and to enjoy Chantilly!

Pool was incredible and kids loved it, they also loved the kids room. We got a triple room, so our room was huge - each kid got a little rob (sooo cute), a little book and crayons plus candy - it was a nice and lovely touch, we appreciated it. Food was a disappointment. We expected that we would be blown away by the food, as we are in France and French are known for it's amazing food plus we were on a CASTLE, but the food was boring and un-flavorful. If you are planning a trip here, this is a max 2 days stay. Lunch and dinner have the SAME menu, and the choices are small so bear it in mind.

Meals in the restaurant were quite pricey, but delicious.

Excellent for a weekend getaway. Love the pool table and the morning picnic basket ! Upon arrival the hotel was open for a large group of tourists to visit the hotel and take pictures, which reduced the privacy aspect of the hotel.

The château itself has beautiful grounds and an impressive exterior, which initially gave us high hopes for our stay. The setting is quiet and peaceful, and the location has real potential for a charming and memorable getaway. everything beyond the façade was a disappointment. On arrival, there was no one to greet us or offer assistance with our luggage. Instead of being accommodated in the château as advertised, we were placed in a separate, cheap-looking block that was unclean and lacked character – more like a budget Ibis hotel. The “suite” we booked was simply two small rooms joined together, far from what was promised. The restaurant was equally underwhelming, with bland dishes and ingredients that felt like they came from a discount supermarket rather than a fine dining source.

Excellent restaurant, beautiful and individual decor everywhere, elevator, you can get a free bike to use, good air conditioning, good buffet breakfast, nice pool (funky colors!), easy parking I had a luxury room but the mattress was way too hard for my back so not sure I'll stay there again - otherwise it's a great place

Very unique experience, the staff was amazing! The rooms and public spaces were outstanding, along with the grounds. It was really fun to stay in what was at one time a Chateau. It was also a great location to the Chantilly Chateau. It would be nice if the pool was outdoors. The outdoor area by the ;pool was enclosed by walls. You felt separated from the outdoors. Since it was all enclosed, the screaming kids in the pool did not make it appealing.

The property is absolutely expertly maintained. We had no issues during our stay. The place was spotless, welcoming and very private. The pool facilities were excellent. Our suites were next to each other and they were absolutely gorgeous.
-
Beautiful setting, great food if a bit expensive. A/C not working well in one room, fine in the other.
-
Unfortunately, the bistro was disappointing and did not meet the high standards expected from a hotel of this caliber.

Hamam and Sauna were too small for the size of the hotel room capacity, max 6 pep, and Hamam was too hot, Sauna not hot enough. They also need to restrict the time for using pool space. There were too many people no place to sit. We did massage as well but we weren’t happy with their massage.

Location, building, food Standard Room was in roof with semi roof windows. Drinks extortionate.
