The Staff is very friendly, Oww the Furniture and the Linen, is exceptional. The Atmosphere and the Lay Out and Design of the Place, The Lounge, the Dining Hall, the Swimming pool area, very beautiful and neat. Close to the Beach and Malls. I. Live the place, I wish I can go there again????? Nothing

The waiters we had for dinner on both evenings and the breakfast on the one morning were pleasant and polite. The food was good but what i wanted to order from the menu was not available and had to settle for something else. On arrival my wife was made to wait at the reception counter for a few minutes while the lady behind the desk was on her cell phone as we waited to check in. There was one bottle of water for two people for a two night stay One rusk for two people One bath towel that had to be shared for two people For a 5 star hotel the DSTV / Entertainment offering was very poor. Not even Netflix to use our own account. Two menu options steak and ribs where not available and i had to order something I was not happy with. The waiter had to leave the hotel and fetch ice outside as the bar did not have ice.

The dirty carpets all round, especially in the rooms and on the staircase. The fact that the room TV was not connected to the DSTV and despite numerous requests for assistance, I left without the problem being solved.

The boutique nature of the property works for me. Rooms are comfortable Some investment in furniture is needed, dinning chairs are sagging, patio furniture is old. Especially that you are rated 5 stars We couldn’t feel 5 stars

The room was exceptional. The ambience of the hotel was exceptional and serene. The view from my room was uplifting. The chefs went extra miles everyday to accommodate my vegan diet. I loved that the beach is around the corner. The people there are very friendly at all levels (that is a competitive advantage compared to surrounding hotels in the area. Thank you to everyone involved in creating a superior service. Nothing
