The bathroom had no ventilation and there were mold spots throughout the bathroom - I attempted to contact the front desk but due to power cuts there was no access.

A complaint was made for a refund and am still waiting since 24-26 May that’s ridiculous.

The ocean view from my room. The A/C in room 12 7th floor was not working it was very hot in the room. Please check out the A/C

My two boys were there for an Ironman. They were amazing at facilitating their stay and requests! Amazing staff and hotel.

Excellent location near the waterfront. Obviously the hotel facilities are a bit dated; however, expected better from such an established and international brand. Disappointed that some basics are not provided: in-room safe, robe, slippers. Definitely some opportunities in customer service: on check-in, none of the staff offered to take luggage up to the room, they just stood there watching the guests. Even when the car pulled up at the entrance, there was no staff at the entrance; or if there, did not pull out the welcome mat.

Clean, friendly, food great. Zizipho excellent worker at the hotel. Provide me and my husband with great places to visit. And a great host in the restaurant.

Love the location as it's by the sea view It needs recapitalization. Amenities are old, the bathroom needs a refurbishment, and mattresses needs replacement

The breakfast was great, good variety catering for all needs, staff were friendly and facilities were clean. During the load shedding there was backup power which was really great. The airconditioning was not up to standard in both rooms, with one room not working at all and the other constantly switching off after a while. In the one room the bathroom glass door's mounting to the roof was loose making opening and closing the bathroom door challenging. Taking to account that one pays a premium amount compared to using a BnB I was expecting top notch facilities.

All good. We expected to be shown around upon arrival, to see the spa, restaurant and gym areas and be taken to the room. Maybe you guys should consider that. The bed was also a bit basic, no color in the room... Some scatters and a throw would do wonders also some plants maybe. We work at a 5 star lodge, so we expected more.
