Carslogie House

Excellent breakfast in a beautiful home. Comfortable room. Excellent and quiet location. Welcoming host. Secure parking. For a 5star establishment the available DSTV channels were disappointing, especially for sports fans like us. Why not increase the room rate a little and provide a better bouquet of DSTV channels to round off an otherwise excellent B&B offering?

Great location. Excellent breakfast. Well appointed room. The website stated we had access to a living room area, but when we initially enquired about using this area we were told that it was not available. There was a possibility of rain on the full day we were there, so we enquired again about using the living room area and we were told we could. It’s was a bit confusing.

Carslogie House was very nice! The host were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, easy access to the beachfront with lots of restaurants and a big mall with well stocked supermarket. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was really nice. They also made sure the kids got their breakfast first so they were calm. We had a nice stay, thanks!

Exceptional

Comfortable accommodation a short walk from the coast. Cracking breakfast spread too.

We stayed at Carslogie during the Full Ironman weekend and it was perfect! 10 minute walk to the start at the Boardwalk Mall. The host was so helpful, offering to store our bikes in the garage and helping us with getting around. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, the room was beautiful, the gardens are so tranquil and well kept. Very positive experience.

Superb

Everything was neat and tidy, the rooms clean & comfortable. WiFi didn’t work for me (was kicked out again and again - worked on my husband’s phone though). The pillows where rock hard - a slab of granite would have had the same effect, but the rest of the bedding was very comfy. Breakfast was ok. I guess we were a bit at the end of breakfast time (so never got asked if we wanted another coffee (we did) and silverware was taken away before we had finished our last toast - but then again it was already 9:15… We left at 10h not to risk a fee for late leaving (250R per Person per hour…)

The bed is incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast is excellent. Everything is clean and inviting.

Lovely boutique hotel, with a nice pool to relax around. Rooms overlook pool with each having a patio. Good breakfast with cooked options. Not far from summerstand beach and the airport is only 10 mins drive away. Good sized room with tea, coffee and fridge. Nothing

My chosen home away from home. I am very comfortable when I stay at Carslogie House. The house family is amazing, and my needs are met with smiles.
