Location is excellent and surrounding areas good, house keeping excellent Could have added a little more variety on breakfast items available, waiters / staff could pay more attention on what is available as opposed to having client's keep on asking for shortages of things like cold milk, honey etc.

I enjoyed the interior the facilities available Certain things in the room were not working well such as the TV and wish there are more halal options for the Muslims because we are a bit kept behind

The location of the property is perfect The only issue I had was the bathtub/shower the water was not draining properly when I was taking a shower.

No guide available in hotel regarding facilities, dining out or tourist destinations. Numerous guests had to go to reception to find out how the wifi worked. Other Southern Sun hotels have a welcome message on the rooms television as well as emergency numbers, info etc. This vital info was sadly lacking in the room we occupied.
