Villa Le Zagare Relais & SPA

Nice overall property, pool is cool, rooms are old, A/C is old and barely works in such a high summer season. Breakfast is basic. Check-in you feel you are just another guest, maybe I just had such good experiences in other hotels in Italy, I was expecting the same.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful from the moment I arrived. The staff were exceptionally accommodating and made every effort to ensure my stay was comfortable and seamless. Service throughout the property was outstanding, with every request handled promptly and professionally. The location was perfect—convenient yet peaceful, making it easy to relax while still being close to everything I needed. The hotel also provided helpful transfer services, which made my arrival and departure completely smooth and stress-free. The pool was immaculately clean and well-maintained, offering a refreshing and relaxing place to unwind. The gardens were truly stunning, beautifully landscaped and thoughtfully cared for, adding to the overall sense of calm and luxury throughout the property. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would gladly return. Everything was excellent!

One thing bothered me. I wanted to rest and there was a wedding party going on with loud music for rest. I enjoyed the wedding ceremony haha

Not so many options for breakfast and what was available wasn’t satisfying enough for a facility of this kind.

We stayed just one night (departing from the Napoli Airport the next morning). Hotel exterior is cool and has nice views. Our room was immaculately clean. Place is a little dated on the interior and seems to handle tour groups well (room and price fixed meals. Hotel also seems geared towards large catered events. No nearby restaurants within safe walking distance (no sidewalks, narrow streets, insane Napoli drivers) so we parked in the hotel’s giant parking lot and grabbed dinner and breakfast at the hotel (more than adequate, but if we were to stay there again, we’d find a place to eat along the way for dinner and skip the free breakfast). A bit dated inside.

Pool Staff were very, very helpful and kind. I felt looked after and protected. I was not on the site of the pool and the great house, I was 500m down the road. Breakfast was a bit lacking.. The car pick up was very expensive (20 euro for a 10min journey) Also they charged me on top of the high price of the room, a cleaning fee of 30 euros for 3 night but they didn't clean while I was there !! And only cleaned when I left!

Friendly and helpful staff, everything was super clean, really calm and peaceful there. The place itself.. just gorgeous! If you don’t have a car it’s pretty complicated to get there with public transportation. The breakfast was good, but boring, same food every day. Interesting hotel rule: you must wear swimming cap in the pool ?

The villa is beautiful, the room was nice It is located in industrial zone, very noisy, and we've got heavy traffic, it took about an hour to drive 30 km. After we found that there was huge celebration all night, and one room was unsold, so they sold it us. I was forced to get out from the bed and to ask manager to stop the noice. Of course it was impossible and we were forced to sleep with disco beyond our window. We haven't got any reimbursement. I suggest it inappropriate situation. Shame :(

The hotel is perfect, people working there also extremely helpful and nice! Just fabulous! Extremely clean!!!

Loved the staff and spa facilities. Especiallt thanks for restaurant manager Giuseppe and the woman from the Spa. They both ensured we had the best time ❤️ ?️?The place has private parking, which is ideal for someone coming with a car. Sounds isolation was not ideal, also there were some events happening on site. So suggest asking for a room to the street if it’s a weekend.

The main resort, staff and restaurant are all GREAT. I can highly recommend. We didn't realize that we were at the APARTMENT. It's about a kilometer away, not a great experience. You are effectively renting a small flat in a little village on a noisy street. Very little connection between the apartment and the resort

Beautiful Hotel, very stylish and spotlessly clean. Swimming pools was very nice and Hotel grounds very well kept. The staff very very pleasant. The girls on the reception were brilliant, no request was a problem, from organising taxis, pickups from train station and planning trips that would make our holiday more enjoyable. Top marks to the girls on reception 100%. Will definitely come back Would like to see more steak type dishes on Menu

Everything was perfect..excelence in tourism

The hotel itself is very clean, and the staff is very friendly. The location is beautiful. Private parking is onsite. Breakfast is very good, with all kinds of food. The hotel is not close to the main road and can be a struggle. Because it can be a wedding location, the pool is not much available for hotel guests.
