A real gem. Absolutely grand

This hotel is magnificent! Every room is beautiful! The food was great!

Our air conditioning didn't cool the room, there was no separate shower so the floor would get flooded when you used the shower hose. When the tub was used the toilet area had 2 inches of water around it. There was no information about things to do and places to go. BUT IT WAS PRETTY

Very comfortable and true to what provided.

It looked cute. Plenty of parking. The pool is hardly ever open. There's no sauna. I expected this place to have a nice pool and sauna area, so that was really disappointing. The tub in our room clogged and wouldn't drain. Breakfast was not good. The coffee machine tasted like they put a fish through it. It seems more of an event center. Their restaurant is really really expensive. The area it's in is not very exciting - hardly anything in walking distance.

Strange, quirky place. Its all about the weddings. Room was comfortable but dated.

The hotel was beautiful. I thought it was not going to live up to the pictures but it more than did. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom had all the commonly forgotten toiletries.
-
It is one of the most beautiful hotels we have ever seen. The murals on the walls and ceilings are as good as they get. The detail in all of the finishes was outstanding. It was like staying in a palace. Would recommend everyone to stay there at least once. Nothing

This hotel is centered around large events. They shut down the pool after 1pm due to it being part of the event space. This is not specified in the listing. Everyone on the property was dressed in formal attire which made it awkward for others in summer clothing. The bathtub was in poor condition with mold growing around the seal. The to go breakfast that was provided for an early flight was not edible.

Staff and facilities were exceptional. Continental breakfast was great.

Breakfast was convenient and good. Beds generally comfortable. AC worked well. Pretty dated. Advertised as "5 star hotel". Maybe that was true in the 1950's - the decor and rooms seem to date from about then. Room walls entirely covered in pink upholstery. It is a very dated hotel, and really is more of an event venue now. Events every evening (weddings, quincenera, etc) that occupied the patio and pool area (although I'm not sure the pool is even really used, seems more decorative). Location very out of way, not close to trains or metro. No on site guest laundry. Just a very dated, old hotel with a fairly high price. Would look for VRBO next time for comparable price

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was taken care of and it was very clean. The breakfast was actually pretty nice, a variety of croissants and other sweet treats as well as fresh fruit and vegetables. And of course, the building speaks for itself. Spending a night here for the Disney-looking building alone is definitely worth it. My highlight was the garden clustered with citrus and olive trees. I would not recommend this hotel to a solo-traveller solely because it so far off everything you want to do and see. It is quite difficult to catch a bus because it seems a bit unclear where the bus stops (Google Maps doesn't help). The taxis are very expensive in comparison to the cost of a bus/train ticket (50-100 Eur). However, relying on public transport only, it might take you 2-3 hours to get here from Napoli. Also, the walls were quite thin and I was woken up by the crying baby next door early in the morning.

Upgraded room after noise from function. The swimming pool was closed. Badly organised breakfast after coach party.consumedd all of the buffet..
-
Staff kind and helpful with our young grandchildren. The supper menu limited and apart from the main course overpriced.

Room was pretty big and comfortable with a balcony and very quite even next to the elevator. pity there is no hair conditioner among the toiletries. pillow was not comfortable but matrass was good. for hotel marked with 5 stars breakfast was pretty poor. could be really better, at least to suggest omelette or scramble by request. also would be nice to have fresh juice and nice bread for breakfast.
