super close to Serra Park, Greenvalley Gramado location. Noise coming from walls.. neighbors talking.. kids yelling and screaming... poor architecture and really really dirty bed and bathroom... doesn't have any mirror in bedroom, only in bathroom a small one.

Staff weren't helpful at check in. We booked 2 rooms to accommodate 5 ppl but only 4 could come. So we asked if we could have 2 double rooms instead of one triple and a double. I was told that our booking was made via booking.com. Staff then said I need to leave for a moment and just left us. He returns and says that the other 2 guests could give the bookers name at reception to check in. Later I found out that they were given the triple room. The hotel didn't seem that busy. Disappointed as thus the second time we were treated differently for using booking.com.
