Localização Minha experiência com o hotel foi extremamente decepcionante. O problema não se resume ao item esquecido, mas à sucessão de falhas no atendimento. No momento do check-out, fui informada de que havia uma divergência no valor da hospedagem, porém ninguém soube explicar claramente qual era o problema. A própria atendente demonstrou não entender o que havia acontecido e, ainda assim, concluiu o meu check-out sem qualquer esclarecimento. Para minha surpresa, horas depois, já em trânsito, recebi uma mensagem solicitando um comprovante de pagamento. Expliquei que o pagamento havia sido realizado com um cartão vinculado a uma conta bancária que não existe mais e, por isso, eu não teria como obter esse comprovante. Solicitei, inclusive, que verificassem a informação diretamente com a Booking, já que a reserva foi feita pela plataforma. Nunca passei por uma situação semelhante em qualquer hospedagem. Como se isso não bastasse, após perceber que havia esquecido um saco com roupas de treino no quarto, entrei em contato imediatamente por WhatsApp e, posteriormente, reforcei a solicitação. Até o momento, não recebi qualquer retorno. Não importa se o item foi encontrado ou não; o mínimo esperado é uma resposta ao hóspede. Sinceramente, não vejo sentido em um atendimento excessivamente preocupado em demonstrar simpatia se, diante de qualquer situação que foge ao roteiro, a equipe não consegue oferecer soluções, esclarecer dúvidas ou sequer responder ao cliente. Cordialidade é importante, mas atendimento de qualidade se mede pela capacidade de resolver problemas. Infelizmente, foi justamente isso que faltou durante e após a minha hospedagem.

Very friendly and helpful staff, great location in the centre of Gramado, breakfast was good and varied. Coffee/ hot chocolate / drinks and snacks offered to guests upon arrival. The bedroom was impregnated with a strong smell of room odorizer spray.

Location was excellent. Staff were happy, attentive and always wanting to make your stay enjoyable. The entrance lounge is beautifully decorated, comfortable and styled well, with 24 hrs hot coffee/hot chocolate/cold drink self serve with something to eat with it. The Cafe Colonial breakfast buffet lacked quality for being in Gramado. Fruit, cheeses, deli meats, jams and breads were ok. A good variety of cakes were offered with 2/5 being fresh but the rest were lacking moisture (dry and crumbly like they had been frozen). The pastries were not good- (dry, stale, cold). The coffee at breakfast could have been better for Gramado. No gluten free bread. I was disappointed because Gramado is famous for its Cafe Colonial. Toaster was super slow. No Pudim, quindim or other typical Brazilian desserts. No Cuca. Bacon served one morning only out of the three. But the kitchen staff were beautiful and happy and accomodating with eggs on request.

Excelent staff, very helpful indicating activities and helping with issues in general. Excelent location. Pretty close to best restaurants, stores and easy Uber access. Excelent breakfast. Lot's of food options and great staff. I think the room was a bit small to fit in a family. Lack of a more spacious wardrobe and drawers. The bathroom could have more water pressure and also lacked space for leaving bathroom items. The sheets could also be softer.
