Everything except for the fact that there was only one elevator. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast was diversified, with fresh fruits, a good variety of breads, cakes and local options. Location was perfect: the hotel is really downtown. The room was comfortable, well equipped and clean. Heating was provided everywhere in the hotel. You can park your car for a reasonable fee. There was only one elevator, and was not very big.

Property was great. We all really enjoyed it. I used the gym both mornings and got a full work out in and no one else was there. Nothing at all.

Location is the strong point of the hotel. Breakfast is excellent and the atmosphere is great. The rooms are relatively small but sufficient. There is no central heating and the gym looks abandoned. The service is excellent and deserves praise. Adequate garage.

Staff at reception was very proactive and supportive. Location is excellent We had a family in the room but with insufficient towels and soap. For example we have asked for additional soap directly to the cleaning person and it was not available even after a confirmation it would be there. In addition to this, we have missed a kids play room.

Check-in enjoying a glass of red wine - at 11 AM! Staff super hospitable and competent, clean and spacious room, amenities by “Boticario”, very nice touch. Excellent location! Tourist attractions such as the church and the covered street, along with shops and nice restaurants, at short walking distance, Breakfast was a true southern “café colonial”, difficult even to choose among the incredible variety of cakes, pies, pastries, bread, fruits, juices, hot drinks, even sparkling wine was available at the buffet! As we occupied a room on the second floor facing the street, it was a little noisy in the morning. But not enough to be really annoying. Next time I’d choose a higher floor though…
