Great location, decent gym, comfortable bed and shower. The restaurant (pay-per-use, not the included breakfast) serves great dinner options. I recommend the filet mignon. Our room had a foul smell and the AC was not working properly. The staff was proactive and provided a new room for us but it had the same kind of smell but not as strong... The AC issue seemed fixed but in the middle of the night it started popping and cracking, it completely destroyed our sleep quality and I had to turn it off to be able to get some more sleep even though it was incredibly hot that night. Way too expensive to be having so many issues and restless nights. Weird thing for such a new construction with brand new AC, sounds like they followed the standard for the region and have low quality construction and electric done. Breakfast was absolutely not up to standards compared to similar Laghetto hotels in the region, like Pedras Altas one.
