Location was amazing, the room was smaller than I thought but very good. Staff was very kind and welcoming. Breakfast was good but not phenomenal. Room could have a better chair and table for working.

Close to everything. You can do everything walking; Staffs are super nice; Breakfast is AMAZING; Room and whole building smells fresh and clean; Parking inside of building with Valet I’d strongly recommend!!!

The location is perfect and the breakfast was also great. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were kind enough to agree to provide us with a single bed for our daughter and a couples bed, even though we initially mistakenly ordered only 2 single beds and they kindly obliged and made sure this was ready for us on arrival. The staff were always polite, professional, kind and helpful, carried our bags, parked our car etc. We were given a small gift when we checked out. It wasn't much, but it was still very thoughtful. We had expected our 3 year old to use the children's play room but this was out of order due to the covid virus and the difficulty in keeping the room and in particular the ball pen clean and steralized, so this was disappointing, but there was a free large community playground just down the road and another temporary one on the other end of rua coberta. The exercise room was also locked, I assume for the same covid reason. This excuse seems to be getting over-exploited these days. We also asked for an extended check-out time so our daughter could nap at midday, but this was denied due to how busy the hotel was. We understood and accepted this (it was a longshot) but it was disappointing nonetheless.

It was comfortable and the suite with the bathtub was really beautiful They charge extra things above the price, like service taxes ??? It should be already included in the night price, they didn’t do anything extra to charge us that
