good breakfast, helpful and friendly staff, comfortable bed, good free on site parking. extremely small room. hotel on steep hill not easy walking for people in late 70s.

Pretty much everything. The place was super cute, very careful with beautiful details. The place is actually nicer in person than the pictures. Nothing really. It was perfect. Maybe if I had to suggest something, I would say maybe better shampoo and bedroom amenities and chairs in the balcony to appreciate the sunset outside.

Wonderful staff, great breakfasts (included), comfortable rooms and amenities. Outstanding location. A bit of a climb for the final 70 meters.

Great Breakfast with extra options, wonderful location but still quiet and charming spot in the middle of Gramado. Next time we will visit when all the Hortensias are blooming - can only imagine how beautiful it will be!

Staff was excellent. This hotel is the perfect balance between the convenience and amenities of a large chain with the individual attention of a bed & breakfast. Perfect location. Really wonderful.
