The location. The building is very old. There are no elevators so if you have a bad knee good luck. Also because there are no elevators you can hear people running up and down the stairs all night. Also the housekeeping and maintenance workers would be chatting at an extremely loud tone of voice in the morning!

good location. close to everything. dirty room. with hairs on the floor and inside of the tub. also, we had a problem with eater coming back from the drain. we told the staff, they said it would be taken care while we were out but it wasn’t taken care of.
