The staff were very kind. Christopher received us and even companied us to the room to show how the air conditioner works. Comfortable bed. The breakfast was amazing! Many many choices and very tasty. Definitely recommend! The water in the sink went down a bit slowly

Excellent stay at Monte Felice in the center of Gramado. it is located in a great area, close to the tourist spots. The room was very comfortable. The staff are very attentive to all requests. Delicious breakfast with tasty food, typical from south Brazil. In a future improvement that the hotel makes, it could check the acoustics of the rooms. It was possible to hear sounds from other rooms at night.
