Hotel room is spacious! Comfortable beds! Very good heated rooms! The swimming pool was closed for maintenance. We were invited to participate in events related to real estate investments in the region. This happened several times during our stay (inside the hotel (by employees), inside the Snowland, and outside the hotel (on the streets of Gramado center).

Friendly staff, kind of valid parking is very convenient. Bed were a bit hard, TV screen a bit small. See above, TV and bed.

I was quite disappointed as I am real fun of sky brand The breakfast wasn’t what sky hotels are about and throughout the hotel there was dirt on the floors and tables sticking with grease

Amenities, Friendly Staff, Breakfast was good. I was provided first floor room - The bedroom window opens directly to the public road so we couldn’t open the window. Forget about the view!

the quietest place I have booked in the last year. also, the breakfast was fantastic everything was great… just think that the food from the hotel, was quite expensive

Heater stopped working in a very cold night. King size bed was actually two mattresses joined together (but deformed in the middle). Main door wasn't sound proof so we could hear lots of noise coming from the corridor.

Spacious room enought for 2 adults and 2 kids, with microwave mini fridge and sink to help. Staff friendly and clean. Breakfast not the best in gramado. However really good and with loads of varieties. Sauna was closed, as usual. In gramado they close this facility during low season. Parking has an extra charge what is really bad. Easy to park in the street although
