Our air conditioning didn’t work well, I went and told the staff that was on, it was 1030 at night and she said oh do you want to move rooms? I was looking for a discount as we were leaving in the morning . Then our smoke detector went off and smoke in our room, and all she said was oh turn it off and turn it back on that should fix it. There was also a beeping going on in the mechanical room by the pool and the jets weren’t working . It was ok, expensive for what we got .

Everything about this hotel is just ok. Not bad. Not good.

No refund for a cancellation made a week in advance of proposed trip. Will never book with this company again.

One of my son got bitten several times by bed bugs in his left arm. We informed front desk about the incident and they were transferred to another room.

The room was nicely renovated. Simple, basic, but met our needs. The gal at the front desk was outstanding. She was helpful, patient, and easy to work with. The breakfast could have had more options, but at least the coffee was good. It was inconvenient that there was no elevator, but despite how much stuff we had, we managed. It's a good hotel for the price, clean, updated, basic, no funny smells, and didn't make us feel creeped out...since it was just two of us gals traveling. I usually don't write reviews, but this simple little hotel is worth the write up. We'll definitely stay again.

There was a large stain on our bed head board. Some areas like behind the TV were very dusty. Toilet was slow flushing. Outside of the building looks run down and in need of an update.

Recently renovated. Very clean! The breakfast was excellent! As fast as I’m concerned there was nothing to dislike!!

When we arrived staff were very welcoming, our room was okay, bottom of beds had some sort of spilled liquid dried to them and found water bottle caps behind TV stand and lots of dust, clearly has not been cleaned in a very long time, we also found a tack on the floor of our room beside the bed really glad my 3 year old did not step on it. Pool was nice but could use some updates, hot tub jets were very poor and barely worked. Continental Breakfast was good. Lots of variety and staff were on top of filling everything up which was great!! The people above us were VERY loud and constantly stomping until like 1-2am not a lot of sound barrier between the two floors. If we were to come back we would probably spend the extra few dollars and go somewhere a tad nicer but you do get what you pay for overall I would rate a 6.5 out of 10

Hotel room/bathroom/ breakfast area very clean! Beds and pillows were comfortable. Cleaning staff made nice things with the towels, stayed 2 nights and our room was made up after 1st night. Will definitely stay again!

The breakfast was great!

Quiet, hot breakfast. Eggs, sausage links, cubed seasoned potatoes. Clean pool and hot tub. Comfortable bed.

The room was clean the bed wasn’t too hard or too soft. I bring my own pillow but family said they were good. Non- smoking room but I think the carpet must just have years of smoke build up. Tried the second floor then switched to the main but both had an old smoke odour. Kept the AC on and it mellowed and wasn’t irritating to my sensitive family. Oh yea remote volume button didn’t work but I didn’t bother asking for a new one. Good value for money for sure. Breakfast was low on sausage and eggs. Really lovely staff!

The hotel overall was good however the breakfast was lacking. Little to no hot food and waited quite some time for some hot food to arrive but very little came.
