The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Had and excellent stay. Room was clean, staff was helpful, on checking in early. We had a suite with a large jetted tub that we enjoyed. Would definitely stay again

Great staff and room was large and comfortable. We did not use either the pool or hot tub but they were very popular. Breakfast was simple but adequate.

Had hoped to use the hot tub but when I went down, the one by the pool was cold, two of the others were occupied by groups and the remaining one had brown sludge floating around the edge.

We stay here allot, we try to get a poolside room if available. Breakfast is ok. Kids always have fun at the pool. Shopping is walking distance and plentiful, restaurants are everywhere.

Affordable for sure, with helpful staff and a comfortable room. The i door pool and hot tubs were a great convenience, but the hotel room always seemed damp from the additional humidity in the air.

Conveniently located. Good stay for the price. Decent breakfast.

Tv didn’t work. AC quit working . Walla are thin that you could hear people conversation next door

Clean room and clean overall. Pool area and pool great. Staff phenomenal. But based on what I did not like would never stay here again. Breakfast was awful. Rubber eggs. No pancakes as the equipment was not working. Only peach yogurt and I can only eat blueberry. Coffee was awful (check out hampton inn..they have great coffee). There was a big emotional support dog in the dining area. I have allergies and could not breathe when the dog was there (when can we take care of the many with allergies instead of the one that needs the dog). The bathroom in the room was so small it was terrible. And when we used the sink facet water rolled off what there was of the counter. What a mess. The toilet was so low to the ground it was hard to use. You need to do something about the bathroom to update and make larger counter space and modern toilet.

They have 3 different hot tubs which was nice I couldn’t figure out the jets but that was user error lol was a nice place to stop over night

Gentleman at check-in was very friendly and helpful. When I mentioned that my husband had mobility issues he found us a room on the first floor that was very convenient for unloading and accessible! Room was clean and quiet.
