Everything was fine.

The outside grounds and end side check-in area were clean and the staff was very friendly. The bed in my room was very comfortable, however found that the floors were very dirty. The wood colored vinyl floors were appearing to have been swept, however needs to be scrubbed. My white socks were very dirty after walking around in them that night. Other than that, everything was fine.

My room was very comfortable bed to sleep in. I loved the Keurig for my morning coffee. The breakfast was the best , eggs sausage and waffles were delicious. I especially loved the indoor pool and jacuzzi was amazing! The staff really helped when laundry was down they provided me laundry services to a sister hotel and even provided quarters. Staff was AWESOME!

It was very clean and quiet. The breakfast was just ok.

The hotel has degraded a lot since our last visit. The carpets are disgusting and the general cleanliness is abysmal. The front desk clerk, I believe her name was Jackie spent our entire three day trip sitting in the office watching her phone. The front desk itself was dirty, no excuse for that level of filth when an employee is sitting watching her phone.

The TV constantly showing Scrambled Channel or Weak Signal. TV then coming back on after a few minutes not on the channel you were watching. At which time you could type in the previous channel and it would not return unless you typed it in 3-4 times.

Honestly, it was what you’d expect. It was good for a quick stay but my tv wasn’t working, the bathroom also had a mold problem behind the wall paper. Otherwise the bed was clean, room was a good temperature.
