The staff was exceptional. They were professional and resolved all issues. The Bistro was awesome for breakfast every morning.. The parking lot at the facility was not acceptable the lighting was not sufficient. The trees need to be trimmed away from the parking lot lighting. This is a potential liability issue if it is not addressed.

No breakfast, have to pay for parking, and the room quality is poor. For example, the shower stall had obvious and bad water damage.

It was a nice hotel and close to everything. The only issue we had was that we paid $10 per day for parking and each night when we returned parking was very hard to find and very inconvenient to park at the back of the lot with between big trucks in small spaces.

Not a 24 hour shuttle from airport - reason we rented this hotel - only runs from 6a-6p. I am disabled and had to walk from airport to hotel at 9 pm - unable to get a Lyft/UBER or taxi to drive me there. Pool was in an adjoining hotel - had to go outside and into another hotel to utilize it.
