Motel 6 Grand Junction, CO

It was a cheap place to stay the night, which was nice.

The areas of the establishment i was in were all impressively clean. Its a motel 6 so my expectations weren't very high but it gave the impression that the place was cared for. I had just come from a different motel 6 in Oregon and the differences were night and day. The two staff I interacted with were professional and helpful. One had to deal with a problematic guest at midnight and I appreciated that the policies were upheld to ensure the other guests were not disturbed. The airport conditioning was a bit odd. They had an in room unit. It was understandably off when I arrived to the room so the room was a little stuffy. Once I got it up and running it was great through the night. The bed was not comfortable. It worked for a night but it would have been tough to fall asleep if I wasn't so exhausted. Overall, very pleased and impressed. I would stay again if the need arose.

Electrical issues. Kept blowing breakers that caused our room to black out. Small rooms.

Shower was old and peeling and no hot water.

Nothing the room was disgusting and the staff was rude You had no air conditioner. It was beyond dirty, and the staff, including the manager were extremely rude.

All the employees are really mean Nothing ill will stay there again

The hotel clerk realized I would have difficulty with a second floor room. She called the housekeeper to check on how soon she would be done cleaning one of the first floor rooms. They worked together and got me on the first floor. I was very grateful for that.

Cheap No AC, not clean

Close to airport Non of the lights worked. TV was cutting in and out . Wall outlet covers missing, AC unit had a blown circuit breaker and had to rearrange the room to get it work

Room smells like cigarettes, air conditioning was replaced by windows units not safe to leave personal belongings. Did not stay there would like my refund.

Cheap Room was not ready at 4pm (1 hour after checkin time) and we were told to come back 1 hour later. Room was small and hot. Bathroom smelled like sewage. Pool was cloudy and dirty and low on water. Man walking around trying to sell chips and another man asking for money. Felt unsafe and didn’t sleep well knowing our belongings were in the truck.

Not a place I’d take a family. Small rooms, not well maintained, and non functioning air conditioning made the south facing room extremely hot. It’s cheap and has beds, that’s what you’re getting.

Room was dirty, floors, vents, just a mess! There was a bottle under one bed and dog food under the other one. The vents hadn’t been cleaned in years and the pool was unusable!! Staff was absent and no toiletries provided except a bar of soap. You may as well stay at a bus station and share a space with total strangers! Cannot recommend staying here- needs a lot of general maintenance and this is not what we expected at all! With the weather so hot a pool would have been a nice amenity to use but no cleaning of any kind had been done to make that remotely possible!! Room was supposed to have air conditioning but instead we had to utilize a swamp cooler! The parking lot was a nightmare, full of potholes, and you’re taking your chances using it! Very disappointing! The staff was unhelpful and didn’t even want to come to the desk and get us checked in! Motel 6 should be ashamed to have this place on their list of businesses!! Horrible experience overall! Will NEVER stay here again!!

Quality of the bed was good. Shower with cold water only, no light at bedside.

Pretty rough even for that price. Flooring peeling up, ants, broken tv. One day no hot water. The manager is doing her best but it needs alot.

May it was cheaper Many things. Main Door had challenge, toilet flush wasn't working had to change rooms. These are some very basic needs which every hotel hopefully must take care however cheaper it may be

The staff are always kind and take care of you. Definitely better than going to some fancy hotel, and it doesn't hurt your pockets.
