Hampton Inn Grand Junction Downtown/Historic Main Street

Room was good. Beds were way too tall for a disabled person. Bathroom and tub had nice handrails. However, the tub was hard to maneuver, there was not a shower chair and the shampoo/conditioner were mounted too high for independent use.

Can’t wait to stay here next time I am back in Grand Junction!

The toilet paper could be better. Also the room was freezing when I arrived in it, though I suppose that's a personal preference.

The location is excellent.. Old town is amazing I travel with my Minnie Aussie and they’re very friendly. Ok, the carpet in the hallway needs replacing and please redo the framing around the elevator. I’m not a fan of the barn type sliding door to the bathroom.

Clean, updated hotel. Helpful staff. Good breakfast with lots of options. Parking is paid- fee was not posted but we were charged later. Difficult to get in and out through parking lot that requires key. You must check out and leave with key then return it which is not convenient.

The elevator was NOT working for all 3 days that we were there. We were on the 3rd floor!! We are 70 years old.

Most of the parking garage was blocked off, but the hotel itself was nice. The staff was super friendly.

There was an accident in the pool so it was closed most of our stay which was a real bummer!

Property was clean, staff was nice and location was exceptional. The fitness was small with very little options.

The rooms were very nice and the sheets were very clean. The room as cool when we entered. I would have liked a lock on the bathroom door and you could tell there was water damage in the bathroom. Also, I am 5'7" and I could not reach the shower head to change the settings. Not a huge deal, but something to consider.
