The room and entire property were both beautiful and very well maintained. We had a fantastic experience!

Loved the building and the location. We were disappointed that the bar was not open and I really missed having a live person to talk to when checking in and such

It was clean, cute decorations. Small room. Only saw one staff person. We had been in & out of the building several times walking, eating dinner, etc. as we came in the front door, the man I had seen tending bar was standing there watching me & said “look at you working the door codes on your phone.” My hair is white, it felt very strange to receive a condescending comment like that. I obviously know how to use my phone & yes, even unlock every single door. I’ve never received so many notifications from a hotel before i seriously thought about canceling before we visited due to the constant interruptions, but I prepaid.

The property is beautiful and the staff at the bar was really friendly and helpful. I liked the drink vouchers, and the drinks were good too. The beds were very comfortable too, and I thought the snack prices were reasonable. We were in room 202 and a door downstairs kept slamming every few minutes, starting around 7 am and keeping up until we left. Just putting one of those things that slows doors down before they slam would have improved my experience by SO much. I'm usually good at sleeping but it was loud and frequent.

Location The room was luxurious, but was small and uncomfortable with no desk or any kind of chair, and with a pedestal sink with no place to put anything. The check-in and parking procedure were a nightmare. I had to sit in my car filling out a long form and attaching photographs using my tiny phone, and then I had to wait until 4:00 to get my keys, which I found difficult to use. I never did figure out how to pay for parking: after a half hour sending text messages and screen shots back and forth, I was finally directed to just leave my car there. I was on a three week road trip and this was, by far, my least favorite overnight stay.

Ridiculously friendly staff, great service and a beautiful property - perfectly updated with modern conveniencies. Need power on the nightstands. We hate to have to move furniture to plug in our phones, tablets, watches, etc.
-
Hands down the best hotel on our trip. The property is extremely well maintained. Walking distance to several excellent restaurants and breweries.

I like the location. It was near a lot of nice shopping stores and restaurants. It was very clean. The decor was nice and modern. I liked that i didn’t have to check in at the lobby. I just checked in on my phone and used my phone to unlock my room and the front door to the hotel. I stayed on Sunday and there was no bar open. The parking I got a little confused if I did it right.

Great location and quiet excellent AC Tiny room with kit bed. No desk. Convoluted registration process.

The person behind the bar was very helpful. He facilitated us getting to our room. He recommended a local restaurant that turned out to be fantastic. The TV was a challenge for us. We typically watch the news or baseball. The available options were difficult for us to understand.
