Great place to stay!

Staff was not very professional when they saw that I booked through hotels.com. put us in a horrible room location, because it was all they had available on last minute, but I booked 2 weeks out and app showed several rooms available. Door wouldn't lock, stay shut, unless you locked it from the inside. Tub faucet was broken, toilet paper holder was broken, Housekeeping started vacuuming outside room at 7:30 a.m. Hot tub jets didn't work, bottom of hot tub felt gritty, sandy.

The room was very spacious and nice. Only suggestion I would have for future guests is ask for a room away from the elevators.

This is the second time my family has stayed at this location. Both times the staff were very helpful and friendly. During this recent stay I was shocked to see not one but TWO mice running loose in the breakfast area. We spoke to two diffferent staff members and one came took a look and walked away. The front desk lady claimed she had captured them; how? We continued to see them in the area. Keep in mind this is where breakfast is offered and served to guest. I would not advise guest to partake in any meals be offered. Hopefully they will take care of their rodent problem.

The room was clean. The pool area needs updating. The breakfast is not worth paying for.

This hotel was extremely humid. It has a nice pool with a splash area but because of it the entire hotel is humid. We were unable to get the humidity out of our room even with cool air temps.

The hot tub floor seems to have started crumbling or there is a lot of dirt in it.

An old hotel with a makeover. Nasty carpet in the room. AC thermostat didn’t work and the unit was noisy.

Nice size room, bed was comfy, pool & hot tub nice, only downfall was breakfast, not only do you have to pay for what other hotels give you complimentary, it wasn't stocked, maybe 6 people in the dining area & there was hardly any food, all the hit items were about empty, we ended up going out to eat.

I stay at this property often but this past weekend was horrible .

Overall we had a great stay. Just a mini getaway with the kids. The room was bigger than I anticipated!

I loved that there pool area has something for kids to do, my younger daughter is scared of deep pools/water so it was perfect for her to play in. They had a fun time. The pools could have been little cleaner, (more on the kids side of the floor area) and when we first went down there the water wasn't on we figured it was broken until that evening we were outside on the side walk and noticed they were on. So I asked and they just forgot to turn the water on earlier, so anytime we went into the pool we made sure it was on so the kids could have a fun time because thats one thing I look for on our trips are pools.
