Location,the staff Elevator was broken literally had to climb steps to the 4th floor,hallway and bathrooms could of been cleaner

The location Our rooms were so dirty. Trash still in the trash cans when we got there, the room was 80 degrees, shower hasn’t been cleaned, smelled like cigarettes in both rooms, floors were dirty and not vacuumed, it was by far the worst place I’ve ever stayed it. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone- I would steer clear.

The staff were friendly. Room smelled like smoke, and to fix this housekeeping stuffed dryer sheets in the vents. Floor was dirty in the room, and the bathroom smelled like weed. There was no hand soap. The elevator was broken. People across the hall were shouting until 1am, and staff did nothing about it. The pillows on the bed were a foot tall and rock hard, except for the one which was a blanket stuffed in a pillow case. The couch and chair in our room looked like they were straight out of the seventies, with the grime to prove it. The sink was plugged, and when I pulled out the stopper it smelled positively vile. Don’t bother, find another place.

This felt like I was ‘staying at my uncle’s place’ and I like the fact that everything felt safe and laid back. The room was super comfy and welcoming! The hard surfaces in the room could have benefited from a good wipe down; but it was well stocked and roomy and comfortable. It felt very much like someone’s ‘home’ and I like that.

It was bug feee Im 9 months pregnant and was put on the 3rd floor ans was told that the elevator doesn't work . Also had to throw away about $45 in food because the refrigerator sisnr work ans didn't know that until last night

The location was perfect for me. The mattress was sagging, the tv didn’t work in the bedroom, the room smelled like smoke, there wasn’t even a box of tissues.

Clean room..Max an BP were great! Some nosey neighbors with the TV being extremely loud. Overall, will return

This was by far the WORST HOTEL I EVER STAYED AT!!!! BED BUGS, dirty bathroom, smell of weed and cigarette smoke, HAIR IN THE SHEETS, people were clearly living there, bathtub was wet as if someone had just used it. We walked in and left within 5 minutes. The guy at the front desk told us... "yea, I don't blame you." Expedia should take this property off their listing. You couldn't pay me to stay there. Worst part is they offered a refund then turned around and said the room was not refundable. We had to find another hotel at 1a.m. and lost our money. This place should be shut down and sued.

I usually do not leave any comments and I can accept minor discomfort in any hotels. However, this place was beyond ignorable. As soon as we got to the place, it reeked of weed and the rooms were disgusting. We had 7 rooms booked, and all 7 rooms were dirty. There were no shower curtains, the bath was still wet, and no towels. There were bed bugs, stains on the sheets, and hairs on the bed. The hotel refused to refund and Expedia is also refusing to refund as well. DO NOT trust Expedia’s ratings. This is one of the worst hotels you can stay at.

The manager was very rude when I called to complain about the fact that we had to take the stairs to the third floor because the elevators hasn’t been uuworking in over three weeks, but what he said was only down for a couple of days. The owner was not trying to compensate. He was very rude. He asked me why was I calling him at such a late night after I checked in just very unpleasant I will never stay there again.
