Staff was very nice and friendly. The room could have been much cleaner. My family and I kept sneezing in the room and daughter started wheezing. When we were packing up to leave the next morning found mold growing on the vents of the AC unit in the room. Hot tub also not working and was told it has been down for a long time. Still charged full price even with those issues.

At one point all the water was just hot for about an hour. Could not use any of the sinks or shower without burning out hands. Was also charged twice for the room an was told it was the security deposit (the deposit was 75 not the full price of the room) i had to dispute it with my bank

Family friendly, clean, and staff very helpful and responsive. Kitchen well equipped for short stay, bedding ok and good choice for breakfast.

The property was clean, beautiful flowers, awesome hot tub, and pool outside a great breakfast and the staff was amazing🤗

Staff was friendly, Hotel was nice, pool area was well kept as was the Hotel. Bed was extremely comfortable! Breakfast was OK but oatmeal was runny and I couldn't find cream for my coffee

We had an unsatisfactory experience with our one-night stay. We checked in after 3pm so there should have been enough time for the room to have been cleaned, but we soon discovered it was not clean. First, within a few minutes of being in the room, my husband, in his socks, stepped in a very wet patch of carpet. This turned out to be a large area of dog pee that was not readily visible because of the carpet pattern. I told the front desk staff who apologized, noting it wouldn't be possible to move rooms because they were completely sold out. Instead, she came to the room with towels and, on her hands and knees, soaked up the pee with towels and cleaned the carpet there by hand. This was heroic and very appreciated; nevertheless, we still avoided that area of carpet. Second, members of our family sat on the little fabric-upholstered couch and found that it was covered in dog hair. We were getting ready for a semi-formal family event, so this was a real nuisance, especially on dark clothing. Third, later at night when we pulled out the hide-away bed (which was a twin when we expected a double), the fitted sheet on the bed was also covered in dog hair. The main bed in the room had dog hair on the duvet as well. Finally, there were only sheers on the windows - no opaque curtains to pull across. So it was very bright when trying to sleep due to the outdoor lights. I must note that the front desk staff were excellent and very helpful. The room, however, was awful.

Good hotel. Cold AC. Mildred in shower and cat hair on bed but comfy. Recommend to anyone needing a kitchenette and a place to rest their heads.

The location is great, and the staff were nice. Property itself could use some sprucing up and a deep clean. The walls are super thin, you can hear everything going on around you, from the hallway, your rooms next door, even outside. Breakfast wasn’t bad, but they ran out of coffee and I think the only ice machine is in the breakfast area and when that’s empty after breakfast they don’t refill it. So no where to get ice for your room.

Everything was great… just wish they had ice machines in the hallways.

Probably one of my favorite hotels we've stayed at and we've been traveling around the last couple of years following The Dave Matthews Band and we've stayed at a good number of hotels. The room was clean and spacious and the full fridge was wonderful. The outdoor pool was a beautiful surprise! Breakfast was great. Loved it!
